Parfait location de vacances Folly Beach pour toute votre famille. Cette maison est tout simplement à une minute à pied de la magnifique plage de Folly, à quelques minutes de marche du centre-ville de Folly Beach et à une minute à pied d'une superbe aire de jeux publique. Il est prêt à emmener toute votre famille et vos amis et à passer des vacances amusantes chez vous loin de chez vous. Décoré avec goût avec de l'art et un mobilier élégant, la maison offre une sensation de luxe et de confort. Internet Wi-fi est fourni ainsi que la télévision par câble. Chaque chambre est conçue de manière à créer le plus d'efficacité et de divertissement pour nos clients. La cuisine entièrement fonctionnelle offre tous vos besoins de cuisson avec une cuisinière à gaz, un four micro-ondes, une cafetière, une machine à café à dosettes, un grille-pain, un mixeur, d'autres petits appareils électroménagers, des casseroles et des poêles, de la vaisselle, des ustensiles, des torchons, du sel et du poivre et des épices générales. La chambre principale comprend un lit king size, une commode, un placard, des portes coulissantes en verre menant à l'arrière grillagées dans le porche et une salle de bain complète privée. La deuxième chambre comprend un lit queen size, une commode et un placard. La troisième chambre contient deux lits superposés sur mesure très fonctionnels avec un matelas coulissant supplémentaire ci-dessous. Toutes les chambres disposent de draps, couvertures et serviettes supplémentaires. Le salon principal contient une télévision à écran plat, un lecteur DVD et une cheminée confortable pour garder les clients au chaud en hiver. Asseyez-vous à la longue table ou dans les autres sièges confortables du porche grillagé pour jouer aux cartes, boire du café le matin ou prendre un verre le soir. La salle de jeux à l'étage contient une autre télévision à écran plat, un lecteur DVD, des DVD, des jeux, des puzzles, etc. En veillant à utiliser chaque partie de la maison, nous avons rempli le niveau inférieur d'activités amusantes qui incluent; jeux et une grande télévision à écran plat derrière le bar. Pour une merveilleuse surprise, montez l'escalier en colimaçon vers un incroyable nid de corbeau parfait pour la méditation, le yoga ou la lecture et sortez sur la terrasse attenante sur le toit pour une brise agréable.

We had a wonderful week here! The location is perfect…very short walk to the beach and a quick bike ride to town. We loved the house as well; great spaces to hang out, gorgeous art, well-stocked kitchen, double driveways for parking. It was a fun, functional house. We’ve been vacationing in Folly for years and this is our favorite house. We will definitely stay here again.

The house is a little outdated but still a very fun/comfortable place to stay. The bunkbeds/crows/game lounge was amazing for the kids. Kitchen had everything. Screened in porch was relaxing (lots of pollen but still enjoyable). Such a quick walk to the beach- we really enjoyed looking for shark teeth. Only had one issue with the air- but Marc responded immediately and did everything he could to fix the issue quickly. We especially liked walking down to center street for ice cream and the escape room (it was a little too cold for the beach one day)!

Let me start with the positive…..living area was pretty clean, the king size bed was comfortable and the location was good….walk to the beach.
The outdoor shower was decrepit with a wall falling off and the area underneath where pool table and ping pong tables were were filthy and unuseable. I would not let my dog stay down there. Leaves were piled up in every surface outside and had not been racked or blown for months. The shower heads were crap and needed to be replaced. Ran out of how water after 1 shower! Overhead light in kitchen flashed when turned on. The ice maker made popping noises until we could finally get it off! The house reeked of crabs when we arrived and we finally got rid of that smell. The thermostat was not able to be changed because a code was needed. Won’t be back!!

This is an amazing property! The pictures online do not do it justice. The art and the decorating is amazing. The back screen porch is directly on the canal and you could be on your own private island. Very short direct walk to the beach. Very close to the playground for young kids or grandkids. Quiet area of Folly, no direct traffic. Walkable to Center Street.
The kitchen must have been designed and stocked by a true chef. Very complete with everything we needed.
Downstairs was amazing. Ping Pong was played constantly.
The children's den was designed with everything Star Wars. I thought I might have designed it myself until my grandson informed me that he designed it!
The upstairs loft is perfect for a quiet reading nook. We were lucky enough to have a full moon so the upstairs deck was perfect. Spent several hours sipping an adult beverage and communing with the Universe. I can't say enough about the house or the location. Loved it and so will you!

Very easy walk to the beach. Only a short stroll to center street. Everything we needed was a short walk or golf cart ride away. Highly recommend this location.

We had a wonderful vacation at this cottage. The location is amazing. Short walk to the beach, downtown, and of course the playground. This was a great spot to stay at if you had teams. The game room downstairs, there’s a lot of fun, as well as the bunk room. The cottage is a little worn, but so homey, artsy and interesting. We will definitely stay again. We also had great communication with Marc!

We are a family of 6 with kids ages 3, 9, 14, & 17. The close location to the beach was perfect for us and we felt comfortable letting our older ones go back and forth to the house by themselves for early morning shelling and beach combing. The folding chairs were nice to take down to beach with a cup of coffee at sunset. It was next to the playground which our 3 year old enjoyed often. The outdoor shower was nice and hot for rinsing off from the short (maybe 100 steps house to beach) walk from the beach. The screen porch was nice for eating away from any mosquitos. The games and movies in the house were enjoyable to all. Kitchen was well supplied with everything, though we did bring our own coffee filters and hubby can’t recall if there were any already there. We liked the quiet street and walked everywhere, to restaurants and desserts at least twice a day, leaving the car in the driveway the entire stay. The rec room under the house was fun with a pool table, stereo system and ping pong table. Very clean and comfortable. We’d love to stay again as it’s our favorite so far and we’ve been renting homes and staying at various locations on the island for our Folly Beach vacations for 10 years now.

The house was in a great location with just a short one block walk to the beach. It was close enough to the bars and restaurants in Folly Beach but far enough (half mile) to be very quiet. The back porch was an oasis for relaxing, dining, napping, reading, or just hanging out. The place had a lot of personality with great art and a funky vibe. It made it feel like a home rather than a sterile place that could have been anywhere. The kitchen was well equipped though a bit unorganized. It was an easy drive or Uber ride into Charleston for sightseeing or dinner. I would definitely return to this property.

We had a great stay at this house. This house is fun and quirky - a little like staying in an antique shop, but the kitchen is fully stocked with all the up-to-date appliances and extras you could ever want! All the porches were great spots to hang out.
The location is perfect. There is a playground nearby for kids, the beach was just a block away, and Center Street restaurants and shopping were a quick 10-15 minute walk.
It's in need of some repairs and updates and wasn't the cleanest place we've stayed in, but overall it was great and we'd stay again.

Such a calm place and so close to the beach. Loved the complete kitchen and gas stove! The back porch was my haven. One brisk game of ping pong below was enough for me but so much fun.
We had a few minor, early season glitches, which were handled quickly, professionally, and kindly by the owner.

The property has great potential. There was a little musty odor when we first arrived, I surmise because it is the off-season and the house has not been opened to air out for a while. The exterior decks and porch need some deep cleaning and maintenance attention. The built in icemaker in the refrigerator makes a knocking noise when ejecting fresh ice cubes, and the in-door water dispenser does not work. However, the house is well equipped and the kitchen has an abundance of cookware and table service.

It’s set up for a fun warm weather beach trip, and unfortunately we went on the coldest days in 20 yrs. 🤣
Marc was great it getting the fireplace set up for us which really enhanced our stay. The kitchen is a cooks / chefs dream.
The location is perfect, easy access to the beach & walking into town.
Our dog loved it!
It was a terrific Christmas vacation for us, even with the extreme cold.

A group of 49-50 year old college friends had a mini reunion here. It was a fun, eclectic house. The driveway, back porch and steps had a lot of debris on them, but it was my understanding that no one could come after the recent hurricane to clean up. The master bed is really low to the ground. The location is perfect and you can even hear the ocean from the front porch. It is next to a kid’s playground so it is perfect for families, too.

Marc was a wonderful host! He checked up on us several times (we were there during hurricane Ian) and we never felt unsafe. The house we can first hand say is a great place to hunker down with some good food and good family and friends. We never lost power and if we had the house had a gas range (electric oven) to cook soup on which we did and a gas grill if you wanted that option too!
Outside of weathering a category 1 hurricane, the house felt very warm and welcoming! The artwork is very pretty and you can tell the house is for all age groups. The loft had board games and tv, the kids room with bunk beds had gaming systems and more board games and building blocks for little ones. There was even toddler plates and cutlery 🥰
The house is second from the island’s kids playground (absolutely adorable and will entertain wild toddlers up to 12 year olds) and is literally within talking distance from the porch to the house! If you had older ones you could sit on your porch and let them go play right next door!
The kitchen is stocked with plenty of cooking spices, dry goods like pancake mix, assorted crackers, etc. The rest of the house has plenty of books, and a few movies in the living room as well.
We will definitely be staying here again as both the house and the host were just wonderful!

My family and I were so grateful to stay at The Beach House for our month-long getaway during my sabbatical. The location is incredible: steps from the beach, short walk to all the restaurants and shops on Center St. We loved spending time on the back screened in deck. The rooms worked great for our family giving us all our space to retreat to when needed. Clean and comfortable, this place felt like home only with a beach right by us. Hope to stay again the next time! Highly recommend!

Marc’s VRBO was lovely. A nice spacious kitchen and large table. When the beach was too windy we sat out on the upstairs deck. Plenty of room and beds. Games available for rainy days. The beach was so close. I would definitely recommend staying here. We had a hotel mix up and Marc was able to accommodate us a day early. -Beth D. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

House was wells stocked, had everything you would need in the kitchen, so don’t worry about making sure you have everything. Location was great, walk to the beach was easy even for our 4 year old. Playground was great and convenient as well.
