o resto - ar velho não funciona, ducha higiênica não funciona, cachorro do vizinho latindo, estacionamento lotado tive que parar o carro na rua, cheiro horrível em todo o hotel.

No check-in me deram um andar inferior e solicitei para uma acomodação para um andar mais alto e fui prontamente atendida.
Preços justos do cardápio. Comida saborosa e em boa quantidade, O hóspede tem a opção de comer no quarto ou no refeitório, prefiro a segunda opção.
Nota 1.000 para o café da manhã, variado ( destaco a variedade de frutase outras guloseimas), gostoso e com reposição frequente.
Para melhorar o nível de serviço sugiro colocar mais tomadas no quarto e incluir uma cadeira a mais , mas é uma sugestão e não uma crítica.

I have booked 2 rooms.
1 room had a very noisy aircon and the staff could not find the remote control. So, we spent the night without temperature control.

The beds were good. Shower was fine and very hot (be careful). It looked like that they renovated the room, the closet looked new. The breakfast was good as well.

The breakfast was great and plenty to eat and to choose from and the staff was never in a rush to empty the dinner room always very happy to serve us
There was no mirrors,no place to hang up the wet towels,with 4pleople in the room the towels was always wet,I don’t believe in daily washing the towels or bed covers

The hotel is very well located
The parking is safe and the staff very friendly
the room was very cozy, confortable and the bed was new and very confortable to sleep.
The shower was so good.
i hope to stay there again.

Breakfast was so beautiful and delicious. Everyday they are cleaning the room. They change towels, sheets and soap every day. According to price and performance, everything was awesome. Especially all staff with smiling faces. They can help whatever you need.
