Staffs were very keen to help. They offered free pickup services not only from the station, but also sent us to supermarkets/ 7-11 on the way to the vila we stayed, and to a few of destinations where we visited. We made a reservation of 2 MTB on the 2nd day. When we arrive the reception next morning, the MTB we’re ready and in good quality. We also like the surrounding of the vila we stayed.

The bathroom is a bit small and old. But it maintains very well and clean.

exellent from every espect. it is so clean and all the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The facilities are superb and we are really enjoy the bicycle trip on the sunny day. we love everything here.

maybe use normal cups instead of the paper cup, which are more environment friendly. we feel like use a lot of cups. :)

The staff are very friendly, specially Hiro and the other guy who picked us up. I love that they make efforts to bring us to the places we want to go to and pick us up after. The cottage is also great to stay in, however, the tatami beds are a little uncomfortable, maybe because we are not used to them. The foam is a bit hard. But all in all everything is great

Breakfast and dinner always excellent! Pizzas are amazing! The front of house made me feel very at ease. Special shout out to Uta-San, gave me rides where ever I wanted to go!

The staff were very helpful. They tried their best to cater for the guest's needs. When my daughter could not find her way back to the resort area, the staff had no hesitation to pick her up. They also recommended a very traditional onsen for us. It was a very good experience. The room was cosy with a beautiful view of the mountains.

The restaurant is not always available for guests.

The whole experience was incredible. The staff were very friendly and accomodating. The room was very cosy, clean and the most comfortable beds. Highly recommend doing the outdoor bbq experience. It was insanely amazing. The taste and quality of the food was amazing, along with the experience of being outside in the snow. I would highly recommend staying at Reposer Hakuba.

The hotel is beautiful with a great ambiance. The people were very nice and helpful with food, and in helping us plan our excursions. The room is spacious with a great view. I loved being able to heat the bathroom! The breakfast was oishi!

The room felt bigger than I was expecting. Especially for 2 people with big suitcases filled with ski/snowboard gear. We didn’t feel crowded at all & this was after having 1-bedroom apartments in Niseko, Hokkaido 2 days before going to Nagano. The little sofa wasn’t expected so it was a comfortable surprise and when it wasn’t snowing, we had a beautiful view from the room/sofa. The room was very clean & the bathroom too. We had a lot of stuff to hang up every day after being on the mountain & there was a lot of space to hang things up by the room entrance. The drying room off of the hotel lobby was convenient too. We left boots, gloves & skis/board in there every night. The hotel staff picked us up and dropped us off at JR Hakuba Station and that was very convenient. They also dropped us off at Rhythm Ski Rental shop to get our other gear and Rhythm has a shuttle service too so they brought us back. We also got a couple rides into town and to the Happo One Gondola once or twice which was great but I think that’s not something they do in a normal non-corona year when every room is full. It was really quiet the first 3 nights there so I think we were just lucky that they were being so nice. We also walked into town every afternoon & evening & it was closer than I thought it would be. I think Echoland street/area with cafes/bars & restaurants was only about 12 to 15 minutes away and the walk is scenic. It was also not too far to walk the other way towards the gondola to get to other restaurants and bars and a couple of onsens as well. Probably 15 minutes too. I really liked the log cabin atmosphere and it felt like being in a cabin in the Colorado Rockies or Canadian Rockies which felt like a great escape within Japan after being stuck here due to corona international travel restrictions for the second winter in a row.

I usually have small things that I don’t like in most hotels but I can’t think of anything to dislike because it was better than I had expected.

Excellent accommodation located in one of the most beautiful villages in Japan - easy access to the Northern Alps mountain range. The room was spacious with views up to Mount Shirouma - everything was clean with all the facilities you can imagine - from a fridge, hairdryer, TV, Wi-Fi to a washing machine and dryer (separate room). My friend and I opted for the barbecue and it was top-notch. The local craft beers on offer complimented it well. The owner and staff were friendly, resourceful, and catered to our needs. Couldn't recommend it more!

The only thing I didn't like was that we could only stay one night.

Loved the relaxing location, the style of the property, the wonderful breakfast (vegetarian no problem), friendly hiking and restaurant recommendations, cleanliness and size of the room, the generous 24h refreshment corner and access to laundry facilities.
