very good location close to shops and restaurants. there’s was everything provided felt like home away from home .

sockets hanging from the walls there was one on the living room and one in the bedroom in room 254. I had my 3 year old who could see the wires and kept playing with it a safety hazard if you ask me but everything else was great

The room was very spacious & looked pretty much how it does in the pictures. Amazing location in albufeira and the staff were great. We left our bags at reception for the day since we had a boat tour and everything was all safe.

The bathtub was unable to drain the water efficiently so it overfilled a bit & the sink’s tap was a bit loose as soon as we entered the room.

friendly staff, very clean and cheap and perfect location.

Cleanliness, size of the room, heating, peaceful were 10/10. The hotel management was nice too. Nice moroccon/arab cheap eating place nearby. We were provided with baby cot. Nearby stop for city tour.

Kitchen neither had dish washing liquid nor dish washer. Floors were cold (manageable with indoor slippers or thick socks).

Friendly staff, good location, good size room, good kitchenette facilities, good price.

Bed and pillows were so uncomfortable. One of the lights wasn't working in the bathroom so lighting wasn't great for doing make up etc. Shower kept falling off holder.

great hotel, opposite a big supermarket so great & east to get shopping etc. 5 mins from the main strip & a taxi to the old town cost 3 euro on Uber.

Normal apartment, but should update rooms. Parking was free and supermarkets are nearby, also many restaurants. Nice poolarea, all thought was autumn, so we disnt swim there...

Apartment kitchen need to clean, update, repair, etc...

staff were amazing

Good value for money. Has everything necessary. staff was very sweet and helpful. we checked-in even a bit earlier than it’s allowed. Parking is on the -1 floor and under surveillance.

The furthest room is close to the room so it could be loud especially during rush hours. sound isolation isn’t perfect.

Reception staff very friendly and welcoming. Check in was quick. Had an upgrade to a one bed apt from a studio. Very spacious with everything needed for self catering. Also had iron, ironing board, clothes airer, hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner and soap. The complimentary large bottle of cold water waiting in the room was appreciated. View was the car park and the hotel next to it, wasn't bothered as only staying for one night. Pool was lovely and ample sun beds. Everything close and within walking distance.

Apartment was clean and fresh, beds are a little creaky though. I think the staff made my experience better aswell. Marco went above and beyond for us when we arrived, he made sure we all were taken care of. All in all great apartments, excellent staff.

The staff were extremely helpful and very friendly. The place was clean and had everything we needed. The pool was lovely and the prices at the bar were not expensive.

The room could have more lights, it was very dark, especially in the evening
