Very friendly personnel, very helpful and kind. Excellent breakfast, tasty, great variety and healthy. Spacious room with balcony.

Some elements of the room need replacement. For example, the carpet was worn out.

Kind and helpful stuff. Restaurant closed at 9 p.m but 10 min before they was kind and made for us a food. Big thanks :).

Because a hotel is near busy street is noisy if you room from this side.

Place and people

Lots of bugs in the room...entrance of hotel no real place very dirty...lots of broken glass around and woke up all beaten by bugs...

Everything was perfect

Location is great for travelling guests, very close to the motorway. Breakfast was very fine. The bed was comfortable.

The lack of warm water at 6 in the morning, the lack of bed lamp, the luck of wifi password in the room. Had to wait a bit until I was checked in.

Breakfast was just fine. Nothing special.

The room was cold when we arrived, it took ages to warm it up. The water was cold when I was taking shower, it became warm when I was finishing. The bedding was made out of polyester (not breathable) which made my night hell. I did not sleep at all. When we arrived a security guy was not very welcoming - I asked a simple question if my request has been fulfilled. He was very deliberate in his answer that he was there just for security and that he does not know nor care about what I asked for. I said I will have a meeting online in the morning and hoped WiFi is working well - that was not the case. I had to use my cellular network as it was superior to the WiFi which was not usable for video conference. I have no idea how this place has a 9.0 rating on booking. I travel the whole world all the time due to work and I have never been that disappointed. If this would be 5.0 I would understand but not 9.0. I don't recommend it, maybe if you pay 100 PLN but not nearly 250 PLN.
