All facilities around hotel are very nice, beautiful bar with tipi and comfortable sofas. Breakfast was also very good

Staff was not very friendly, we had to change the room beacuse of some warms (cockroach) and noone apologized, person at reception was angry as if we were making impossible demands - changing room 12 oclock in the night - first day was not pleasant for us either. Second day around 30 Ants in the bed - No apologies either but once reported again to the receptio all was cleaned and No further warm incidents fortunately

The breakfast was very good, the staff were polite.

The room did not have a door number, the bed sheets did did not fit the beds, the mattresses were filthy and stained and exposed as the bedding did not fit, the bedding was also dirty and had lots of black curly hairs on it, the general upkeep of the room was old and tired and it smelt of cigarettes.

it's perfect hotel very nice location with bus stop directly outside and near city center awesome see view and pool clean I would give 10/10 if furnitures were good but unfortunately old I would happy if breakfast was included general awesome hotel I highly recommend it

Extra charges on the room safe deposit box, no complimentary anything no water to drink no coffee in the rooms, you need to think of everything to buy even klinex.

the hotel employees are not really helpful, and this bar that told us that kai bar is not connected to the hotel so they throw us away from the area when we were just making, taking pictures even though we said we will be just sitting for awhile and will leave after we have taken the picture shots. every time we swim at the pool we order drinks at this pool bar but in our last night we decided to take photos on their green grass indian canopy style and we got thrown out by the waiter and said "if you are not going to order drinks you are not allowed to sit here or take pictures here because this bar is not connected to the hotel" the exact words of the bar employee :-( shame! In other words impolite servers, waitress and waiters, arrogant and not acceptable manner for a hotel employees or bar and restaurant employees courtesy call is very important for this environment how disappointing it was very bad experience. the food in the restaurant was not acceptable for the amount of money we paid for, the fruits servings was the same all 4 consecutive days, the vegetables are soggy, bland taste for all the dishes they serve. plus not to forget on our first night the aircondition was shut down in the entire floor we stayed so we didn't sleep at all without opening the veranda for ventilation. very bad experience for us.

The hotel was not so clean. There was a sign directing you to the old WC near the lobby (what we saw there was a bit creepy) it looked like forgotten storage. The breakfast staff was talking all the time on the phone. The food (breakfast-lunch) had not so many choices and didn't look fresh.

Peaceful, clean, friendly staff, pool was good, room was good. Kids had fun, what more so we want 😊

Rooms are a little small, balcony glass door was sooo hard to pull open. All round was ok.
