Lovely place in the middle of Casco Viejo. Very friendly staff. No pool, but other than that you can't go wrong with this place.
Free beer in the fridge was missing :)

The room we had was beautiful. We were in a separate building a few blocks from main building, overlooking a busy square with restaurant diners and music. The hotel management advised us about this fact ahead of time and allowed us to cancel at no cost if we didn’t care for the hustle and bustle but we opted to stay. The location was fantastic. The staff was super friendly and helpful.

Property was very clean and very spacious. Very charming. Michael and Andres, and all the staff were very helpful and easy to communicate with. The hotel looked like the pictures used in advertising the hotel.
No elevators! Our suite was initially on the third level, up very high stairs. My friend is 80 with bad knees, so it was a problem for him. however, on the second day, the staff graciously moved us to the lower level.

Our stay at La Isabela Suites was fantastic. Even before we arrived, Andres was very helpful and responded to all our questions quickly and in depth. We arrived on an early flight so we were able to leave our bags at the main hotel while we went for breakfast and explored the city. Our room was located in a nearby square and Andres drove us there with our bags. The suite was more we had expected and very comfortable, with a great balcony overlooking the square. Andres had warned us it might be noisy and I'm a light sleeper so had been prepared for disturbed sleep, but the doors and windows kept out most of the noise and I was surprised that it didn't bother me at all and I slept well. Andres had arranged for a bird guide to take us out and we would also highly recommend our guide, Domi, who was extremely knowledgeable and we had 2 great days with him. We would definitely return to La Isabela Suites.

The hotel had spacious and comfortable accommodations. The staff were super attentive and friendly. The Nespresso machine was a great touch.
While the location is nice for walkability of the old city/Casco Viejo, it is so horribly loud on weekend nights. Every time a car with subwoofers drove by, we woke up which was not ideal for traveling with kids. If you are going over weeknights or to party you probably wouldn't mind/notice. Also the bedding was cheap/not what I'd anticipated given the cost.

We stayed in the luxurious suites a short walk from the hotel, which were incredible. Stained glass windows, alabaster tiled bathroom, a chandelier and a view of Bolivar Plaza and cathedral in the old district. Short walk to good restaurants. Very helpful and friendly staff.

Andrés and Amy made our stay superb. They were quick to respond, ultra reliable, and generous with their time. Super warm welcome, all the info we needed, outstanding service, very well outfitted room in a fantastic location. Couldn't ask for more.

Great location in Plaza Bolivar Casio Viejo, Panama City. Andres offered great service, he was even able to help me book another night at the place after an unexpected change in my itinerary. Apartment had everything that I needed and was quite large. Netflix worked great and the place was very clean. Staff was available if I needed anything. There is a restaurant right downstairs, CasaBlanca that had a few vegan options that were good.
Also, I used the airport transportation which worked out easily and smoothly. I made my way out of the airport and was able to find the driver without any issues, I would recommend the transportation service.
On weekends there is some music outside, but it did not play too long and I was able to sleep without any issues.
