Good photo location and staff

Very dusty rooms and mosquito nets, the place has not been deep cleaned for long and quite far from the beach

Location was impressive. It's good for booking with a gang around 8 adults. If whole villa booked, it's like a home away home. Boat house at the edge of the river is price less for a drink. View from boat house of the river in the evening & morning is very beautiful. Ample space for little one to play. enough parking facilities available. They will cook for you if you bring the items. Barbecue facility also available & the staff was very helpful.

Water was mixed with sea water (due to dry condition in the county I suppose). Drinking water provide from out side (surface well water). Breakfast have only two menus. Better if can get a mix of it. If the bed arrangements more felexble, it will benefit hotel as well as guests more. (triple option in double rooms)

The place is one with nature. One of the best places I've visited in Lanka. The pool is big and great and the lake was the key highlight. Great to host a party even... Place feels like an old bungalow which was very spacious! This place has all the amenities with Cable TV to refrigerators to store any supplies you bring. The host was very accommodating and cooked us very tasty meals! I highly recommend this place to anyone and ill definitely be visiting again!
