Very helpful staff. Clean room. Good breakfast. Excellent location.

We left early morning and the owner didn’t want to supply any alternative for breakfast. Incorrect slopes in the bathtub did not drain the water into the sewer and the owner acted like it’s the first time he hear about it … The room I stayed in didn’t have any windows.

I thought that location was excellent

I thought the staff was incredibly unfriendly and unhelpful. The overall condition of the facilities in the room were very poor. I had a lampshade that was all wonky and torn up, there was curtain in front of the balcony door that had been torn . Paid for a balcony room which had a nice view but way over price for what they are offering. The breakfast is very minimal although a beautiful setting on top of the roof, overlooking the harbor.

Location was great - in front of the ferry terminal so you can basically walk with your luggage and check in! On main street, close to absolutely everything! Room was very spacious and breakfast lady was very pleasant to talk to and help me to find something in her kitchen that was gluten free!

Breakfast was poor - not many choices and small portions. I had requested gluten free food options which were not taken care of in advance. Room was thoroughly cleaned everyday but we still kept finding small ants/bugs and had to have it sprayed everyday. Beds were full size - wish they were at least queen.

Services are limited and sporadic. the owners own an adjacent market but it might as well be a different location. No reciprocity whatsoever.

Fantastic place on San Cristobal! Perfect location on the harbor. Excellent sunset views from rooftop terrace. Very friendly and helpful service. Room 9 is on the top floor with a great terrace overlooking the harbor. Highly recommended.

Breakfast was excellent. The location is extraordinary. Overall, the atmosphere of the hotel is calm and nice. The rooms with the balconies are nice.

It can happen that sitting on the (front) balcony is disturbed by running diesel engines of the taxis that "park" or stand in front of the hotel. Exhaust fumes and noise can be annoying.

Back rooms are good but with cero view. Quite claustrophobic.

This hotel is THE spot in town to watch the sun set. We came here on our honeymoon, San Cristobal was the last island we stayed and Galapagos Sunset was definitely a highlight of the trip. We stayed in the suite on the top floor which truly has breathtaking views of the marina.

The suite on the top floor that we stayed in is also on the same level as the breakfast area, which I could see being noisy in the morning if you are trying to sleep in, however both mornings we had no problems with this. Additionally, the marina area below the hotel was full of wonderful sea life (especially sea lions), which *can* get noisy at times, but honestly this was not a bother for us, we were so excited to hear the sea lions that it actually became one of our favorite parts of sitting on the balcony.

Very friendly and accesible staff. The terrace where breakfast is served is beautiful. Right in front of the Puerto . Walking distance to all restaurants and tour agents. Very informative staff .

The people and the location were great. The room was nice and the view from the balcony was super.

The beds were extremely firm which made it difficult to sleep. With good beds this would have been 5 star rating.

unfortunately single windows and very thin walls make you sleep almost like in a tent, hearing every little noise, so earplugs will be very useful ;)

The location was perfect and that makes everything easier. The rooms were huge and well-appointed and immaculate. Staff was very knowledgeable and helpful getting you the tours you wanted and the included breakfast was whenever was good for your schedule. I will absolutely stay here next time.

The wi-fi is very slow but we asked around and that is the case everywhere on the island.
