The restaurant had very slow service

Super close to the airport. We walked in less than 10 minutes. Location was great and easily walkable to everything. Room was spacious and clean.

The hotel was great, ir was located very close to the pier, the breakfast was super good and when we had to travel to another island and we had pur breakfast payed for everyday they pack a box meal for your trip on boat pr plane to another island. Of you come from the continent you can bring your water milk, yogurt or anything you like because the rooms have small refrigerators. And every room has a built In safe no cost for your valued items

The breakfast in the morning was good. The onsite restaurant had excellent seafood and shrimp. The location of the restaurant was close to everything and not too far of a walk to Playa Mann. I liked how the hotel staff helped bring my babies' double stroller up and down the stairs as well as our luggage up and down the stairs when we arrived and when we left. The staff was very friendly and I like how the on-site restaurant workers would bring our food to our room without an extra charge. This was very helpful with small children. Our room was very nice and had much space.

The only problem was that the WiFi was not good in the hotel. I couldn't use it. I had to find a nearby restaurant to use their WiFi. This was difficult because I like to read online before I go to sleep every night and it was impossible to do this.

We were able to check-in early. Check-in was easy. Hostal was easy to locate and access. Reception was very friendly and helpful. Pool table at entrance was nice. Large room with king size bed. Working TV, A/C, hot water, and wifi (but slow; expected). Housekeeping came everyday. Continental breakfast was good and cheap! Hostal was walking distance to dock and many resturants near the water.

Bathroom was small and dark. Small bugs here and there. no closet space. You have to leave room key with reception very time you left, but this could also be a plus so you don't have to worry about losing your key.

This was a basic room a 5 minute walk to the pier and main area of town. The breakfast was ok, basic, was better on 2nd day where there were more people. The room was ok, good sized and clean. People told me later I paid too much but think that's relative and it WAS NOT expensive by US standards.

Related but unrelated to the hotel, they helped me book an island tour and said the person would speak just a little English and definitely did not. I made a good effort with my little Spanish but it was useless. Made it through just fine and not necessarily the hotels fault but given I was specific in the request; it's the only real negative.

Many windows with a view in our room, a large shower with warm water, cold AC when needed, extra pillows, and refrigerator. The desk allowed us to store our bags after checking out since our ferry was later in the day.

Internet constantly timed out.

super clean they clean everyday, bed was comfortable and big, hot water, and had a pool table which was nice in our free times, exercise machines in a nice balcony and terrace.
