Diana was super nice and cooperative. The location was on a very nice quite place close to the small beautiful city Cecina.

The quiet of the place. Fully equipped kitchen.

They charge you extra for everything- including bed linens (6.5 e per person) and towels ( 5.5 e per towel). They ask a 100 e deposit. And make you sign all kinds of documents.

Very nice comfortable apartment consisting of living room with kitchen, sleeping room, bath room and nice terrace. There is also swimming pool but it was actually closed due to the seasonality and car park. Very well equipped, with dish washing machine in the kitchen and full set of pots, TV and wifi. There are two sun beds on the terrace and table with chairs. We had a very good weather so we appreciated this. The view is rather on the surrounding golf areas but it was very nice as there is a lot of trees and hills. As it was after season there were not so many people so it was very silent place. We were with dog and there is a lot of paths for walking. The nearest restaurant is withing walking distance app. 800 m and there is also small shop. Toscolano is within 1 hour walking distance through nice area but using car you are within 10 minutes. Generally, it is good to have car or bike as it is located quite far from the main road and taxis are not working there. We fully recommend Albatros residency. We highly appreciate our stay here.

Residency is very close to the golf area so almost each morning machines mowing the grass were making huge noise. We were not sleeping long on the morning so we were leaving promptly for trekking or sightseeing and it was not a problem. However, for people who like long stay in bed can be. It was last week of our trip and we could highly appreciate small laundry machine. For longer stay it would be really convenient.
