Hotel and staff were amazing! Room was just lovely. would 100% recommend staying here.

Great environment, rooms are very clean, pool space is great, the location is ideal, friendly and accommodating staff. They even prepared a cute set up with flowers in our room for our anniversary that made it even more special.

Great area near to the center the room is nice, as some other people mentionned you don't have a door in the bathroom. Didn't bother us but need to but mentioned.

Really expensive for the prestation offered for example you don't have a fridge inside your room so if you want to storage some drinks it's not possible. Someone in a previous comment mentionned that the boss was all day long walking in the hotel and that's right he was always checking everything. We didn't feel completely at our ease because of his passing by. But maybe it will not bother you, everyone don't have the same opinion, keep that in mind :) Althought the staff is really nice and we had a little chat during our check-out with one of the member, it was really nice!

Considering the price of hotel the breakfast not being on site and also not being very nice was disappointing. Our room wasn’t cleaned one of the days and when it was cleaned it wasn’t done very well. It was very noisy at night and there was building works going on opposite in the day( a lot of that can’t be helped because it’s such a central location).

It is so blissfully calm but situated in the busy buzzy area of town. The decor and small details were perfect, it felt like a real retreat. We loved the pool and ended our days there most of our stay. we also loved the sandy cat who we called our Sandy Girl. She was so sweet and really made us feel at home

The breakfast is at a nearby beach club and while the food was generally good, the service was varied from day to day.

Breakfast was good, served in closeby hotel on the beach. Very clean place with limited nr of rooms ,so you feel yourself at home. Garden door is closed each evening, so safe feeling that nobody unwanted will come to the room. Very close to centre ( < 1 min walk) In evening it can get noisy as people and music can be quit loud. Room an garden are cleaned each day

The property and room are beautifully maintained. The furnishings are tastefully selected and comfortable. The included breakfast was tasty every day.

I was not aware when booking this hotel that the toilets are completely exposed to the living quarters. Guests should be aware of this as it can be quite shocking to see. We worked around it by sitting outside on the veranda while the other used the facilities.

This is a 10/10 (which is very rare from my personal experience). We always came back to our little oasis of peace and relaxation. It’s a family run small boutique hotel, with very good and personal service and just a few rooms. The room, the hotel and especially the pool area are fantastic, in terms of comfort and design with a lot of small tasteful details. It felt like home even if we stayed there just 2 nights. Would stay here every time again! The only thing we missed was a selection of Drinks or a small Bar e.g. with Water, Coffee, Smoothies etc. which would have been nice when you spend the day at the pool. As they do not offer any drinks or food (Breakfast is in cooperation with a Beach Hotel nearby). But overall this didn’t had a big impact having a great time there.

I loved the Tierra Del Mar. The room was incredible and private. The food in Holbox was outstanding. The beaches were nice in most areas. IT was not overly crowded.

The bed was a little hard but it could have been worse! There was a slight fish smell coming from next door for a couple of days. It rained two days and the roads were flooded. I suggest bringing a pair of flip flops you do not mind ruining. Other than that everything was great.

We loved our entire stay at Tierra del Mar Hotel. The rooms very tastefully designed & very clean. Our hosts / reception were exceptionally kind & helpful throughout our stay. The location of this hotel is absolutely ideal for walking around & exploring the city. We felt very taken care of & truly enjoyed every minute of our time here.

Breakfast is served in the nearby restaurant at the beach. Can be repetitive if staying for longer period due to limited options.

It is so beautiful! Well managed and clean. The staff is super helpful and friendly. Best location on the island. You’re on one of the main streets really close to the beach and the centro but it isn’t too many people outside or loud. Wish we stayed longer!

-Good wifi - near the beach & 2 delicious restaurants at 50m - one day there was a power cut on the island but the generator of the hotel took over so we did not notice it

I expected way more luxury for €200/night in low season - small dark rooms without a fridge - sand in the middle of the hotel which you took into the room - 3 “house”cats doing their thing in the sand and sitting on the chairs in front of your room which made it impossible to dry towels and clothes in the sun - very regular and tasteless breakfast, poor choices and no extra possible, slow service on the beach in between kids (while staying at Adults Only). For this price we expected much more. - only changing towels & sheets every 3!! days OR you had to ask for new ones every single day. As no light is coming into the rooms, towels do not dry and u have to shower with a very humid towel at night. when throwing them on the ground, they just hang them back… - never enough shampoo&shower gel which for 2 days straight was only shower gel - this is the first hotel we stayed in where housekeeping is asking shamelessly tips…

The facilities were extremely nice and the staff very welcoming. Perfect location in Holbox : in the centre of the city and two minutes away from the beach. The breakfast, which was served in a nearby beach club, was also very good !

Great location, in the very center but away from most of the noise. The hotel and the room were beautiful and clean, and the staff super friendly and helpful. The pool area is really great. Breakfast is in a different hotel 1 minute away directly at the beach with a great view.
