Location, service, staff, food especially breakfast & afternoon tea, bedroom with outdoor jacuzzi, upstairs pool & gym. Most comfortable bed & not at all noisy.

The location and welcome into the hotel is very nice as is the bar at the front to sit and watch the world go by. Rooms are quite spacious and have plenty of amenities. Good choice of food at breakfast.

The pictures on here perhaps do not reflect the current age or condition of the building, neither do they show the mahoosive concrete Hilton hotel that is adjacent and totally blocks out alot of the views from the Myst. Rooms and decor are quite tired but as the service and staff are so warm and friendly this is not really an issue. It must be difficult to compete in an area that is undergoing significant development with new big hotel chains but i hope the Myst continues to invest in this hotel and maybe undertake some refurbishment at some point.

The decor was amazing, very tastefully done.

They kept hiring out the rooftop bar, pool and restaurant for private events and we couldn’t use the facilities. We should have been offered a discount/ refund but weren’t. We were even asked to leave the pool and loungers one afternoon so they could set up for a function, we had only been there an hour and it was literally the only time we got to use the pool. Very disappointed.

room decoration is very stylish - it has flair

i had 2 long TEAM meetings - and after 2h the chair was simple too small for me and only wooden top = too hard. during check out - they used again (3rd time) same credit card as they did not want use the blocked guaranteed code ...

Ce n est pas un 5 etoiles comme l hotel l affiche. Le management n est pas bon, ils font semblant de ne pas comprendre devant une question genante ou souci financier.. donc rien ne se resout

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Das Frühstück ist perfekt und die Zimmer sehr gemütlich! Vielleicht etwas zu dunkel-Beleuchtung! Wir würden das Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen! Absolut empfehlenswert!

Wie bereits erwähnt, unser Zimmer war etwas dunkel! Vielleicht eine etwas bessere Beleuchtung!

The breakfast is good and the rooftop bar seems cozy. Staff are friendly, and the location is quite close to the city heart.

I always put up 'Do not disturb' sign and avoid room cleaning service during my stay because I prefer having no strangers inside my room. I did the same this time, but I notice that staff would still access my room to leave farewell dessert on my last night without my presence, though it is a kind and sweet offer, it makes me feel a little bit insecure and uncomfortable. I think this can be done more professionally by hotel staff.

What a beautiful hotel. The rooms were so unique and unlike a normal hotel room. It really felt like I had a beautiful space to call my own for a few days. The rooftop bar and pool are beautiful and full of greenery and the staff were so wonderfully kind. Would highly recommend.

The room was quiet at night, great location. You can walk to the main attractions. Staffs are extremely friendly and helpful. They would go above and beyond to assist you.

The hotel was under some sort of maintainence. They repair something close to my room on the first night and we smelled the strong chemical from the fire exit. There are also loud noise in the morning at about 8 am. I think it was some sort of maintainance near the fire exit or there were the water drain from the pipe near our room so we were woken up by the noises.

I have stayed many times and have found staff very friendly and efficient .Concierge staff are all great particularly Mr H.Duc who consistently greets you with a welcoming smile and is happy to assist you at all times . Reception staff are also helpful and kind .Breakfast is always fresh and tasty. One reason I love this hotel is the unique feel of the lobby which sets it apart from other hotels . When I stay at this hotel I feels like my home in Vietnam . Also for me the location is great .It means I can walk to my favourite restauants and bars in the evening .

The recently refurbished roof bar is cool and a feature of this hotel . It gives the hotel a slightly hip vibe which I think is great. Unfortunately I feel that the bar staff let the side down.Its almost like they are not from the same hotel. They need to get a lesson in hospitality from the restaurant team who are always lovely and make you feel welcomed .

This hotel was amazing, the room was so comfortable and spacious. We really enjoyed all the extras that you don't get everywhere else like the Jacuzzi on the balcony, the fresh fruit delivery, afternoon tea and our welcome refreshment. The staff were so kind and helpful and greeted everyone with a warm smile.

I can't flaw the hotel or service at all. If I were to be really picky I would say a brighter light near the mirror might be better. However everything else was spectacular.

Excellent breakfasts - varied and delicious. Great afternoon tea. Very good location of the hotel - all attractions can be reached on foot. Very nice and willing to help staff.

Jacuzzi cleanliness and appearance unacceptable. Even in a lower category hotel unacceptable. We were hesitant to enter it. The shower was also not the cleanest. Reusable slippers - it's a failure at all. How can you offer someone used slippers??? The rooftop bar is nice but unfortunately the staff has a lot to learn. The staff sits at the bar with the guests in the empty chairs, the customers smoke at the bar and put their knees on the bar - no one reacts. Cold drinks served without water-absorbing pads - the effect of a wet dress with condensation water every time you raise a glass or glass. Unacceptable. Poor 4 stars, absolutely not 5. The price-quality ratio is very high. Not worth it.

The position of hotel

The staff was by far less nicer than we were used to compared to the other hotels in Vietnam we stayed in. The rooftop bar is really pretty but the waiters in order to enjoy themselves put on the music so loud like in a night club making it impossible to talk to each other. So we quickly finished our drinks and food and left. They also are not aware of the promotions applying for the guests. When we were checking out, the person from the reception was sleeping on a sofa in the entrance area. Quite strange.

Brilliant location and a really nice place to stay. Quite different in some ways but in a good way. Breakfast very good.

The hotel itself is beautiful. I got a room upgrade which I really appreciated. There were a couple of things missing in the room, but as soon as you call the reception they solve it in a couple of minutes. Staff at the reception was so helpful. They kindly helped me to book a bus ticket, get a taxi and find a place to get banh mi. Thank you very much. Swimming pool area is great and wasn’t crowded during my stay.

I wasn’t very impressed with the breakfast quality. Was definitely expecting more from a place with this reputation. The variety was good, but the quality not as good. I tried eggs Benedict from their menu, would not order them again.
