Pearls On Perkins, Beautiful Condo
Venez profiter de l'une des 3 plages les plus propres des États-Unis et du charme de la vieille Nouvelle-Angleterre. Hampton Beach a un calendrier complet d'événements commençant en juin, avec le concours de sculpture sur sable, la régate de catamaran, la semaine des enfants, des concerts gratuits tous les soirs, des feux d'artifice hebdomadaires et le festival annuel des fruits de mer.

Grande terrasse sur le toit. Le condo est à seulement un pâté de maisons de la plage et à quelques pas des arcades, des restaurants et de la scène Seashell avec des animations en soirée. Parfait pour deux couples ou une petite famille!

We rented this condo for a 3 night stay with the kids. The cleanliness was excellent. The location was perfect for a short walk to the beach. We enjoyed the rooftop deck in the evenings after a long day at the beach. We would definitely recommend this rental.

The moment we opened the door of the rental we were very happy. Welcoming, immaculate beach decor with plenty of space. No pictures of the 2 bathrooms on VRBO, but looked brand new and as the rest of the condo, fantastic decor. Roof top deck was an added bonus watching the sun set over the harbor. The use of the grills was great. Very short walk to the beach and seashell stage. The perfect spot for listening to live music from area bars as well.
Karen was easy to get a hold of and answered questions quickly. Would definitely recommend.

Karen was wonderful! The condo was amazing. Just a block away from the beach, close enough to the main drag without the noise from it. One night we were able to hear the singer across the way at The Goat, but it wasn't bothersome to us. We sat on the upper deck and enjoyed it.

This property was in walking distance to beach, restaurants, and just about everything. The rooftop deck was fun to hangout and provided a nice view of the fireworks which was an unexpected treat. We had a great time. The beach is beautiful. The house was clean and perfect size for us. I’m glad the property also provided a parking space. I’m sure we’ll be back.

Only bad thing is location. Perfect for beach but too close to bars that have a long and loud night life, therefore tough to sleep.

We were there this past weekend for a weekend girls trip. This was our first time staying at this property but have stayed many other places before. This was the best one we’ve stayed at so far. Plenty of room for hanging out and sleeping and it was very clean. The rooftop deck was perfect for hanging out or playing games any time of day. You can hear the music from several neighboring restaurants up there and you can see the fireworks from up there! Karen was way to communicate with and very responsive. We will definitely be back!

Perfect Spot for the Hampton Beach Experience
The space was perfect. Super nice and very spacious and included everything you could ever need. A stones throw from some great bars and restaurants and a short walk to the beach and boardwalk. Will definitely stay at this property again, we loved it!

We had a wonderful time! The Perkins Ave place was perfect for our quick family trip and is in a great location to walk to almost everything we did. Overall we were super impressed with how clean and spacious the unit was for our stay. We would wholeheartedly recommend others to book this space!
