The room is modern and very pleasant to stay, we lacked nothing. Communication with the hosts is efficient and entering the building and the room using only a code made everything extremely simple. Breakfast was in a nearby building, about a 4-minute walk. They also helped us by ordering a taxi for a very early morning and gave us breakfast on the way

Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Location was central to town. We loved our stay.

Room was lovely and clean, marina was very responsive and answered all questions, the air conditioning was broken and she sent her husband to fix straight away. In a good area close to bars and restaurants, and not a far walk from the centre or from the station.

Rooms are located on the first floor up some very steep stairs, I am heavily pregnant and did not expect this, it was really difficult for me. Not great for people with any mobility issues. Walls are thin, could hear the person in the room next to me snoring (as I'm sure they could hear me). Breakfast is a 5 minute walk away, again up a flight of stairs. Wish this had been outlined somewhere. Water pressure in the shower was a bit weak

We enjoyed our accomodation at the most! We will certainly visit again! -Perfect location within 10 minutes walking distance to Piazza Maggiore and the rest of the historic center. -Greatly decorated, clean and spacious room very well equiped with everything needed. -Fresh breakfast goods and great coffee served every day. -Host: Very polite and eager to help, also recommended interesting places to taste the local cuisine.

Great location - right in the centre, the room faces a very quiet street so no noise even at the weekend. Super comfy bed, spacious room, kitchen space outside the in communal space. Very good breakfast - quality ingredients & choice - in a lovely calm mid century modern decorated space - great way to start your day positively. Host extremely helpful & responsive with restaurant and wine bar recommendations. We would definitely choose to stay here again.

Steep winding stairs going up to room could be an issue if you have a heavy case. Shower lacked pressure. No flexibility for an earlier breakfast despite the note in the room mentioning it, so we had to skip it the first morning to catch a train to make a winery visit, which was a shame as it was a really yummy filling breakfast and they make good coffee.

Location is perfect to access the centre of Bologne. Clean rooms, nice environment.

The information on the site does not mention that a) all rooms in this property are accessible only through a steep, curved stair; b) breakfast is served in another property, requiring a streetwalk of 350 meters. None of these issues is a fatal problem, but proper disclosure before our decision is made should be made.

It was clean.

The size of the room was a big surprise. If you had more than a backpack, which we did, the room was incredibly small. The stairs to the room were the worst I have ever encountered. Pulling normal size suitcases up these stairs was insane.

Everything was excellent. The room, the breakfast, the location, all terrific!

Breakfast, location and room, all more than satisfactory, we were pleased with all these aspects.

We were in the annex, so there was no-one on site if we had a problem.
