Small kitchen

The view of the mountains from the apartment is splendid

Many of the amenities in the apartment are very dated and need an urgent renovation, e.g. the furniture in the kitchen, the (really poor) air extraction in the kitchen, the overall untidy feel of the kitchen, the bedding furniture, the small and uncomfortable mattresses, ... . Only the cooking furnace and the sofas are recent, the rest is vintage seventies. Much is plastic or dated wood panels from the seventies. Being in the centre of the village, and having an exquisite view on the Dolomites to some extent compensates, but it remains a very expensive price for an old, not well kept apartment.

Fantastic view and position. Quite apartment house. The apartment was spacious.

Obsolete apartment. The electrical system needs renovation. Outage due to overload was regular during normal useage. The mattresses are awful.

Issues with hot water heater, electric system cut off many times, three light bulbs didn’t work and apartment cleanliness at the arrival was not clean...food under the couch and stuff from previous renters under pillows.
