Clean and big apartment

The accommodation was perfect. We were 6 friends and there was enough place for each of us. Also two bathrooms and great sauna. We were also lucky to see northern lights from window of accommodation. We had two cars and there was no problem with parking (we wrote about that before arrival) Our accommodation was few minutes by walk from reception (2 min by car)

Apartment was nice, although pictures lie. E.g. the 2nd bedroom is without windows.

Customer service in reception, as well as communication prior to visit.

Apartment and all the facilities, utensils and equipment found in it Location is great This was such good value for money and we were so so happy with it

If understood correctly, pool was an additional 23eu to use Beds were uncomfortable - and also two singles were provided, not a double bed

If a view of nature matters to you, be sure you get clear feedback in writing, that you’ll have one. We would stay again

It’s a compact but very comfortable and well equipped apartment in a good location to walk to the market, restaurants, ski park, Husky & Co., Lapland safaris, etc. for all the activities. The large dryer was a great addition to help all the layers dry out by morning. Sauna in the bathroom also very nice.

We were placed in Villa 3, without being told that construction work on a new Villa was happening just outside what would have been a very nice enclosed porch with a beautiful view (without the new Villa in the way). Instead we had to keep the shades closed all the time as workers were walking a few ft. outside the windows. The lack of view and privacy was very disappointing, especially having not been told ahead of time.

Excellent place to stay.

The apartment was very well sized and laid out. There was a very helpful folder that explained how everything worked and where you could find things in town.

The building where our apartment was, was not clearly marked, and despite having a handout from reception, it was not easy to find.

incrediblely dissapointing stay!

apartment was functional and warm

customer service is abysmal! The swimming pool with is listed on here as a facility (and photographed) is not included! this is frustrating as I only booked this apartment so the kids could swim, it was not listed as an ‘extra’. Hotel wanted €60 to swim! When I queried this, reception we’re incredibly rude and unhelpful, I asked to speak to management and was told there were no managers present in the hotel 🤷‍♀️Incredibly unhelpful. I was left with 2 incredibly sad children! in addition our apartment overlooked a building site. this didn’t bother us, apart from the fact they left the work lights on 24 hours a day. as a result the apartment was bright even at night which was horrid.

Fabulous stay in a great location - we’ll be back.

Perfect 2 bed apartment in the villa block, 5 minutes walk from the hotel. We loved the sauna after a day outside. Near to everything. Good value.

It was noisy - or rather the neighbours were.

Collecting keys was easy, locating the apartment building was extremely difficult due to no signage of Holiday Club. Had a different name on the building.

Well equipped, modern place for a longer stay

Very well equipped and new apartment with nice views, big terrace and modern sauna.

Confirmation of booking was uninformative, and we didn't remember all qualities of the apartment as the stay was booked well before. Might be a problem with just booking.com...

perfect house for family.

Location and mordern style apartment. And we really love sauna in apartment.

Cleaning need to be more careful since we found 2 particle of bottle broken in carpet.

A weekend in winter wonderland

Extremely well equipped and clean apartment with spacious rooms, fully equipped kitchen, really nice sauna and modern furniture / finishes. Very close to any key activities / restaurants and not far from ski slopes. Would definitely stay here again!

The apartment was quite warm for our liking (we prefer a slightly cooler temperature). The dishwasher valve/water switch was not working properly, so we would recommend instructions be added (preferably next to/close to the machine) so that guests know how it is supposed to work.

Great place, if you are ok with the price - definitely recommended

Not a cheap place but very good. The view from our appartment was superb!
