The room had everything required. The location was terrific, quiet overnight and very easy to get to all of the Melbourne hot spots. Tram stop right at the door. Close to Docklands, Marvel, Casino and Food shopping.

The balcony had a few cracked tiles that could do with replacing but nothing dangerous.

Good location, liked the toilets in pool/spa area

Needed a few more kitchen utensils and a broom rather than dustpan and broom.

Great views and location to the free Tram. Food and coffee very close.

Parking garage is very difficult to drive in

Lack of maintenance, not clean. One of our windows had black tape all around the frame and winder. We were on the fifteenth floor. Couches under throw covers putrid

It was easy to get to and very close to where we needed to be. A beautiful view and the lovely receptionist upgraded our room. The communication from the team was great also and they arranged early check in for us at no additional fee.

The pillows where a little hard, everything else was fantastic

I had an amazing stay at this apartment! The public pool was absolutely fantastic, and it was such a treat to relax and swim there. The apartment itself was clean and cozy, with all the amenities I needed. The location was great too, with easy access to nearby attractions. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a wonderful getaway with a fantastic pool experience! 🏊‍♂️🌟"

Location is accessible to all forms of public transport. Quiet area with gorgeous views both day and night. Close to supermarket and well equipped unit with free parking

Small things in the original design 2nd bedroom had no air-conditioning or opening windows, so we slept with the door open. Parking space was a little tight for a people mover.

The stuff is friendly, quiet location and nice view.

You need to be aware that there is no air conditioning in the bedroom only in the living rooms.

I loved the apartment and the view. Would definitely stay again.

I loved everything except the fact that when my step daughter called the number because she couldn't find the reception to pick up her key she was given a stern lecture that "this is not a hotel" and "should have read the instructions". Not really okay given that reception was quite hard to find and there was really no need to be rude no matter how many people call the number because they can't find reception.

We had a room on the 21st floor and a water view. Looking out across the lights of the city, many Christmas decorations shining in apartments was a lovely reminder of the time of year. The apartment was cosy, yet spacious and would be great for a longer stay. The amenities fantastic. This is my second visit to Winston Apartments and I would book again without hesitation. Great shopping and restaurants close by, Marvel Stadium a stones throw away and secure undercover parking an added bonus.

Rooms can be a little stuffy at night - loathed to run air conditioning for the apartment over night, maybe ceiling fans or some kind of fan to circulate the air.

pool was nice

we were locked in a room for 3 hours and the reception would not let the locksmith break open so we had to call the fire bridge to open the door.
