Our family stayed for two nights, we found the lovely gardens and the friendly horses outside. Inside was clean and very spacious with everything we needed. Thank you for a relaxing stay.

Highly recommend the cottage for those looking to get away whilst being close to wineries, restaurants and breweries. Juergen and Ann were welcoming, fantastic and very helpful with things like firewood, kindling etc. Property was a good size and clean with great views from most the bedrooms. We will be returning. Had a very enjoyable prolonged stay at the cottage in the beautiful surroundings of the property. Very comfortable living areas and bedrooms and our dogs loved the huge spaces outside . Ann the owner was very friendly and helpful with any request. Fabulous for large family stays too. also great outdoor space for our dogs.

Our hosts were very hospitable and helpful! The check in process was seamless. The property had a great layout and was perfect for our group of 6. All amenities were clean and tidy and accessibility was fantastic from the road. Would definitely recommend to others!

We had a very enjoyable stay. The spacious relaxed feel of the property was just what we needed. Loved the horses and surrounds. I was also able get some training rides to Arthur's Seat and back via Red Hill. Plenty of hills for challenging rides. Our 2 dogs loved the space and meeting the horses and going for walks on the beach. Flinders dog Beach was a great find.

Overall very pleased with the property, having essentially two living areas made it ideal for our visit with grandparents and our family. The horses in the paddock were a highlight for our kids, good location with 15 mins drive to most activities we did. Would stay again.

It's a spacious house. Clean and tidy. Ann and Jurgen are kind and welcoming. The house has everything we needed. Lots of cups and plates. The shops are nearby. Great cafes and restaurants all around to enjoy. Phone reception not the strongest. But we didn't have much issue with it. There's good internet available in the house.

We were very impressed with our stay! The cottage was quiet and spacious and made for the perfect getaway. There was more than enough room for 4 couples to comfortably stay and was close to some great wineries. We will definitely be staying again!

Large house to suit multiple couples. Great spaces for relaxing including garden with outdoor table and BBQ. We enjoyed a very relaxing weekend.

We loved our stay at the cottage, the scenery was good and it was within close proximity to the Mornington ammenities

House location was great, close to many things around the mornington peninsula. The place was spacious too with decent kitchen, living areas, bedrooms and outdoor. Some spider cobwebs were due to be cleaned but no big deal. The throws/blankets that were on the chair in the bedrooms are also due for a wash. The hospitality was great, we were greeted by Juergen I’m the first day, the house was also warm when we came in and early check in was allowed so we appreciated that a lot. The only thing I would suggest to change is the outdoor security camera facing the BBQ area. Although it wasn’t a big deal to us but we still felt that the camera could’ve been placed elsewhere. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would love to come back again for quiet and cosy nights away from everyone else. Thank you!

Great house in beautiful surrounds.

One of the only 4, queen bedrooms homes I could find. The home has bedrooms opening out onto the veranda with views of garden and horses in paddocks. 2 large living areas and 2 dinning areas with kitchen that has all you need. Wood heater and and aircondioning so all weather covered. Large outdoor setting for lazy afternoons in the well established gardens and large bbq. Hosts were super helpful and on hand if any issues.

Perfect getaway spot with beautiful garden and rolling hills. The Cottage felt like a comfortable home away from home. Spacious and well appointed. Close to great wineries and local produce offerings. Really happy with our stay.

This is a well appointed, beautifully maintained property. We felt so at home as soon as we entered. The adult children too were comfortable in the house as the layout was suitable, but mostly the small old dog was happy too. It was close to everything we wanted and far enough from the crowds of the long weekend.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home away from home. Lovely bedrooms with extremely comfortable beds. Two good-sized living rooms, one doubling as a dining room. Kitchen is not big, but is adequate. Fantastic coffee machine, including coffee, for coffee enthusiasts. Plenty of outdoor space and furniture. And to top it off, extremely friendly hosts.

Wonderful experience. 3 Generations of family and their dogs enjoyed a wonderful break. The House, the garden, the kitchen, the lounge's, 3 toilets, two showers three dining areas, gorgeous countryside, BBQ secure dog run and more. 4 mins from Red Hill Bakery and wineries. Fabulous.
