Spacious Renovated 1 Bedroom Siesta Key Beachside Vacation Rental Getaway
Voulez-vous rester dans un emplacement de choix et respecter votre budget? La plage n ° 1 des États-Unis est située à quelques pas seulement de l'autre côté de la rue. Pas besoin de voiture si vous prévoyez de rester sur l'île, car le village de Siesta Key se trouve à 1,5 km de la route, qui regorge de restaurants, de boutiques, d'épiceries, de bars, etc. Utilisez le chariot Siesta Key, l'un des autres services gratuits disponibles sur l'île. Ce spacieux appartement d'une chambre dispose d'une cuisine entièrement équipée avec des comptoirs en granit, des appareils électroménagers en acier inoxydable et une télévision à écran plat 47 pouces avec programmation HD dans le salon. La chambre est meublée avec un lit king-size avec un matelas haut de gamme Seely-Serta. Juste après le dressing, vous trouverez la salle de bain attenante qui offre une douche et deux lavabos. Pas de canapé-lit à lancer et allumer toute la nuit ici! les clients 3 et 4 peuvent dormir dans un lit normal en utilisant le lit escamotable Queen.

We really liked staying here! It was SO close to the beach & also to a trolley stop. The house was so cute, very clean & modern inside. It looks way better inside than outside.
One complaint I have is that the door is opened by a lock code/keypad. Once you’re inside, there are 2 locks you can turn but they don’t lock the door from the inside. This was an issue with small kids because there really isn’t a way to lock in. The kids can just turn the handle & the door opens up. It’s a little scary being close to the road.
Also, we felt it was kind of odd for the property to not supply basic items like laundry detergent, toilet paper, etc. We had to buy toilet paper for our 3 night stay as there was about 1/4 of a roll when we arrived.
There was a broom for sweeping, but I think a basic hard-floor vacuum would be smart to have for guests to use to help clean up.
It’s also kind of odd that the property agreement says “the house should be left in ready-to-rent condition”. Everywhere else I have stayed before has instructions for where to leave towels, sheets, etc for the housekeeping to wash to ensure good hygiene for the next guests. We just washed the stuff we used ourselves & had to purchase detergent. It was kind of hard to get the house rent-ready in the morning when we had to be at the airport at 730am with kids.
Overall, we really enjoyed the location & the look of the place. I would stay again if the lock situation was straightened out.

The place was just as described. Access to the beach was great and also a short walk into the center for food, shops and the like.
Internet was out more than it was in, and we needed to buy some basics to use while there, but overall was a fun week!

This property is right across the street from the beach and beach access 11. It is also not far at all from all the restaurants and shopping. It was very clean. The bed and bedding was comfortable, and it was updated. Great value! I would stay here again.

Property was exactly as advertised. Very clean and comfortable and a very short walk to the beach. No beach supplies other than a wagon are supplied, so be sure to bring your own chairs etc. Parking is very very tight, big vehicles could be a problem, and wifi was intermittent. But overall we loved the availability of the trolley to take us around without having to move our car or pay to park. It was perfect for what we wanted and would definitely recommend and stay again!

This is my second year renting this property, and have been happy both times. Easy rental GREAT experience with rental check in LOCATION. It’s old BUT updated and CLEAN. Affordable and just love easy and convenience of it. Wanna rent it every spring.

We loved the location. However the sheets didn’t fit the beds. Not very many supplies available. Number of dishes were insufficient and most were chipped. Internet was did not consistently working. Manager didn’t ask if we had what we needed.

Stayed here for a long weekend and the place was perfect. Awesome location across from the beach and a close walk into the village. Very clean and had everything we needed.

Definitely a great value across the street from the beach! Parking is one spot per and as long as all units are considerate this works well. My last night at 4am one of the other units renters was sprawled across the hood of my car. I came out and they ran into their unit. Nothing on the owner. Just hope they got a bad tenet review.

We would absolutely stay here again. Location is perfect, right across the street to the beach and within a 10-15 min walk to the village with restaurants and shopping. The trolly stop is also right near the property if you don’t want to walk. The beach is gorgeous and clean. The condo was impeccable and clean. Don’t be fooled by the modest exterior! We had some minor issue and the property management company was very responsive and easy to coordinate with. The kitchen is stocked with all the appliances and utensils you would need. They supply you with beach chairs, a cooler and shade umbrellas. They thought of everything. The entire unit was extremely clean and well maintained. Thank you for a great stay! We can’t wait to go back!

Great location, poor comunication
Terrible experience with parking. Manager lied indicating there is people administering on place. No one showed up. Poor identification for parking locations. Other guests brought more then 1 car and took our parking spot. The stay was good and unit was cleaned.

Beach Fun
Cozy, clean condo with very easy access to the beach. Easy check in and check out. We have stayed at this location in the past also, and will stay there again in the future.

Great place to stay!
Way roomier than what the pictures look like. Super clean, updated, and has the softest and most comfortable beds - including the pullout/Murphy bed!! Also had a gigantic walk-in closet that head all 7 pieces of luggage with plenty of room to spare. Right across the street from the beach, and a short ~10 minute walk or quick (free) trolley ride to the Village. We were so happy with this rental and highly recommend it!!

My family came for some fun and relaxation. This property was perfect! We were within walking distance to the beach, and either could walk or very short drive to restaurants, shops, etc.

A few feedback items:
When we arrived the dryer was unplugged. I did not think much of it, until the 4th day of our stay when I went to use it. The dryer vent was not connected and lint was blowing into the laundry room and the dryer would not heat. I did call the rental company who placed a service order. The service was completed after check out which I understand as a part had to be ordered. I think that feedback regarding the repair person having been to the house and what the plan was would have been nice in real time rather than me emailing the day we checked out to follow up.
The unit was nice. The pillow top of mattress has permanent indentations in it and we turned it a quarter turn so as not to have to lay in the divets in the pillow top.
Not sure of the occupancy of unit one but they had 4 cars parked out front which made getting to the back parking area challenging. It is challenging enough to back in or out of that area without a vehicle taking up some of the lane.

Good location
Great location, right across from the beach. The place was neat and tidy. However, I think it may be a bit tight for four adults. There was minimum towels for the two of us who stayed there. Only downside is there is no place to sit outside, but we just walked to the beach or the village and it was no problem.

Nice place for what it is
Unit was clean and updated inside. We had an issue with the washing machine but management responded quickly. Parking is tight, but location to the beach and town center is excellent.

Great place and awesome location
When we arrived the place is definitely a lot larger than the pictures convey. The place was clean and had everything we needed. The ice machine didn’t work and the manager said there should be ice trays in the freezer but there weren’t any. I didn’t push the issue because it wasn’t a big deal. The place was steps from the ocean and we were so happy that we booked in the area we did. Further south the beach area was crowded but by the house we stayed the beach barely had anyone which was great! We were a short walk to the shops and restaurants which was awesome as well. Overall our stay was great and would definitely book again.

He put a black cloud over the entire vacation by the way he treated us and acted.When we first got there a strong odor of smoke came from the apartment and there was sand EVERYWHERE.

Short Walk
This property was nice but beside our door was the trashcans and it was like they never got emptied so there was a smell. Also parking is very tight! I had some issues getting my 4 runner in and out of the parking area. Also the internet/cable went out half way through our trip and we put in several request and called and no one every called us back or did anything about it. The internet/cable thing wasn't that big of a deal it was just the fact that no one bothered to even communicate.

Great Place but Could use some work
I really enjoyed my stay but i think that some dish soap, and toiletries for guests to use in the bathroom is something any place we stay in should have. There was not nearly enough toilet paper, there was only one for us to use for the whole week. And sadly, we could not bake without a baking pan. While the place is lovely and the beaches are great, the stay just lacked a lot of what you would assume necessary in a hotel.

The only plus to this property was location.
Parking was horrible...yes there was a spot in the tiny driveway but getting three cars from other units including ours was very challenging.
The unit had no “warmth”. The decor blah!
There were minimal supplies in the kitchen...no pot holders, no pan to bake a piece of chicken only pots and 2 frying pans. The can opener dirty and ancient. The maintenance man was great and replaced these items right away.
No ice maker but not a huge deal as we could buy ice.
Unlike prior to stay a call to the property manager was answered right away. Questions for them prior to stay not acceptable as it took several messages before they called back.
We yearly vacation thru another agency so first time with VRBO and would think twice before using them again. Our stay was 2 weeks March 7-21 2020

Family from all over gathered in the area to celebrate Dad's 87th birthday! This was a beautiful place, with walks on the beach, family gathered for our own yoga on the beach! This place was comfortable, perfectly located...certainly a place to come back to!

This a small but comfortable unit, close to the beach and restaurants. The beach is wonderful. The unit was clean but does lack some essentials. This didn’t really impact our stay but would have been nice. Parking is very tight...if you have a large car or truck. We would recommend this location and unit.
