Egentligen ingenting, överreklamerat behövde ett ställe att sova.barnsben varit i Vaxholm.
Inte handikapp anpassat,hiss ja, men rullstol gick inte genom dörr in på hotellet, inte heller tex hopfällbara lån rullstolar tillgängligt, blev förslagen kontorstol med hjul? Familj cancellerade lång lunch och gick till annan resturang. Frukust 07.30 på söndag, bacon ägg kom fram 07. 45. Med avgångar att passa är det inte ngt jag apploderar. I tillägg disco dunk på dåligt ljudisolerade rum. Vill använda hotel i Täby som vid tidigare Vaxholms besök, trots att bil /buss må användas från och till. Bättre komfort, alltid varm mat när frukost starter och rimligsre kostnad.

Wonderful location with amazing views. Centrally located close to the ferry.
The front staff was not helping (neither with booking 2 rooms for a wedding) nor when we arrived in person. No common courtesy, the front staff did not greet us or let us know where the restaurant is. I travel a lot for work and have never felt this unwelcome.

Location is great, you can easily walk around Vaxholm. Room to the backyard was good - it was very silent.
Parking was complicated, there are places near the hotel for the night, but they are only for 2 hours at day, and you must move the car for the day to an other location. Guidance about the parking by the hotel was not clear, Vaxholm parking map is helpful, but not so easy to interpret if you don’t know the place.

I found $360 a bit much for one person in an attic room. Breakfast was fantastic; too bad they couldn’t set a table with a table cloth! So much partying down below that I couldn’t sleep until 2:00 am

was nice. The staff in the restaurant was very nice and professional.
The shower was broken, no shower curtain/door, the curtain rail fell off in the room, the beds were not arranged separately as asked and confirmed by the reception, (super close) next door building roof view, no mini fridge, no coffee/tea, water boiler, the bed table was falling apart :( Tiny hallway between rooms, we had to jump over the cleaner’s equipment with our suitcases, no elevator in the building. All of this for 3000 SEK/night

I like this old style that they kept. It’s clean everywhere . Smells good . In general everything was good . Breakfast was very decent : croissants with chocolate , water melons , salami and eggs my fav.
Sea view from the room and from the restaurant was amazing .
No air conditioning if you travel in July like us . Top floor rooms have no balcony’s whole floor below have . Pillows are not comfortable:(

The location was good
The smell from the sewage was unbearable, beds very uncomfortable, very few outlets to charge the phones.

Great views, good breakfast, comfortable rooms. The hotel is in a great location to relax on the peaceful island of Vaxholm, and close to the ferry terminal to travel into Stockholm (takes about 1 hour).
Our room was missing a Do Not Disturb sign, and the bathroom was a wet room rather than a bathroom with a shower cubicle.

The staff and the people of Vaxholm are amazing, gentle, friendly people. A special mention about Eric at the hotel restaurant. He took extra effort to accommodate our vegan diet. This hotel can never let you down.

We liked the location, and the room was clean, with a nice décoration. There was a balcony, which was a very pleasant surprise. The sea view was very enjoyable. The beds were comfortable.
It was 2 small beds put together, so it wasn't super romantic. Good for sleeping but not great for cuddling.
The breakfast was not great. We went to a bakery afterwards to compensate.

Breakfast was excellent. Desk staff really helpful in finding us a great day trip to islands further out.
Tried to eat in the restaurant in the evening but was ignored fir half an hour whilst others who entered later than us were served, so we left to eat elsewhere.

Room icecold at arrival, 2 degrees window open an radiator turned of... We froze the whole evening while the weak radiator was warming up the room so we had to go to bed early to get some warmth. the room didnt have a shoehorn. No compensation.

The wiew is really nice!
We were not really happy with our stay. We paid almost 3000kr for a night stay and the room we got was really tiny. Nothing extra, no tea or coffee. Nor a fridge. We were really happy when they told us breakfast is till 11:00, we looked forward to have a sleep in. When we arrived to breakfast at 9:55 we were told to get what we wanted from the buffet because they were taking all the food away. We were really looking forward to enjoy a long breakfast with that beautiful view but we were rushed to eat, because they had to prepare for the lunch guests. This was a big disappointment!
I didn’t feel welcome by the staff, it felt more like they were doing me a favour and i wish the staff was better informed both at check in and check out, about the hotels hours and even not trying to get me to pay for the room twice.

Liquid soaps and hand wash gels smells really Good! Clean and Good bed cushioning.
The bathroom/toilet ceiling height does not allow a person to stand comfortably while washing the hands. The sink is positioned in a secluded spot. Over prized.
