Position.nice kitchen and facilities..

Little cool in the evenings ,needed some sort of heater.

Location was good

Unit wasn't clean, no heating or cooling, no Wi-Fi. We appreciate that the unit is old, but the cleanliness left a lot to be desired.

Leaving as room was DAMP! ALL Walls had water dripping down them. ALL CLOTHES HAD TO BE DRY CLEANED!

needs a good clean fans very dusty and two of them did not work.

Location was perfect and reception staff lovely.

It was not managed by the property but by a different real estate agent. Keys were picked up and dropped off at a different location with check out being at 9am not 10am like most other properties. The bedside lamps were mouldy, cockroach poop on one of the drawers. Everything was dated and a a bit grubby with the couch having stains on it. Dirty dishes in the drawers and floor in the bathroom dirty. I wouldn’t stay in this particular unit again. It needed updating and a deep clean done. The agent was not overly flexible with payment so lost out on 2 nights accom. No linen included which for the price and booking through booking.com I would have expected linen. No oven mitt or hairdryer provided. If I had been from interstate I would not have been happy having to pay extra for linen or have to bring a hairdryer on the plane. We took our own linen but I would have expected the blanket and duvet to be clean and they were not. Stains on them. Very disappointing unit. Unfortunately I forgot to take photos.

Everything was fantastic. The Unit was great, the location superb. Beach and Pool were great. main Bedroom had stunning views as did the balcony and main living areas. Big Unit. Gym was well set-up with tv and air con.

Could have had a bit bigger outdoor table.
