Die Zimmer sind klimatisiert und ausreichend groß. Das Bad/Dusche ist ebenfalls ausreichend gross und modernisiert. Die Lage ist einwandfrei (wenn auch die Parksituation darunter leidet).

Die Parksituation ist leider sehr schlecht. Anfahrt zum be-/entladen war wegen zugeparkter Einfahrt nicht möglich - daher mussten wir dann vom Parkhaus mit Sack & Pack laufen. Leider nicht optimal bei viel Gepäck. Wir sind mit Hund verreist, welcher zusätzliche Gebühr kostete - dies ist soweit okay, da ja bei Haustieren ggfs. etwas mehr Reinigung des Zimmers nötig ist. Leider mussten wir feststellen, dass von dem vorherigen Haustier noch unzählige Haare im Zimmer und unter dem Bett zu finden waren. Das muss ich sehr negativ werten.

Location in downtown Kiel. Friendly and helpful staff. Bar options when returning after dinner.

Clean, modern and some of the most comfortable beds I have encountered at a hotel. Short walk from the train station. Can highly recommend and would be happy to stay again.

The bed was really comfortable and we slept really well.

The bed was not very comfortable. One of the staff at the reception desk had a moderate behavior.

We really liked breakfasts, the mattresses were very comfortable, it is not something obvious in hotels as they are usually too soft. Location is great! Near to seaport and promenade, very close to shopping centers and nice restaurants. Great idea is also free drink if you dont want the room cleaning- tea is fabulous 😊 Thank you for the awesome stay!

it's a pity that the bed was two single beds, but the mattresses were so comfortable that we turned a blind eye to it 😊 I think it was said in room description that it is double bed

Enjoyed the restaurant/bar after our day/evening out. Breakfast had a good spread, felt coffee could be done differently, all hot foods overcooked (we ate during the last half hour, may have been better earlier). Also need better orange juice. Shower was excellent, great bathroom. The staff are incredibly friendly. The night bartender was excellent! Parking garage very close and not expensive.

Honestly, proper orange juice and would prefer coffee carafes for breakfast.

If you refuse room service they will give you a drink coupon for the bar which in itself is a very cool way to avoid unnecessary cleanings, but when you realise you can only get minor drinks it kinda feels like a way of the hotel to save money.

The hotel rooms were very clean. The bed was very comfortable. The staff very friendly and helpful. The location is brilliant. If we return to the event next year we will definitely use this Hotel.

The breakfast. The set up of the breakfast area was very small and there for caused congestion in the service. Also we were glad that we did not book breakfast for sat-sunday as it was so packed it would have been impossible to sit down.
