The hotel is great, simple but it delivers everything. The rooms are great, with all the commodities necessary. The bathroom was also very clean, with all the replenishments. The service was amazing, from all parts of our stay. Breakfast was awesome too!

The only complain that I have is that the bathtub shower is a little too tall, which makes it difficult for people with mobility issues to get inside, but it's not a big problem. All the rest is fantastic.

Good facilities and friendly staff. We were able to check-in early and store our bags after check-our. Great location near the theater, park and tram stop. We were fortunate to get a discount during our stay so it was great value for money. Coffee with creamer in the room was good. Bathrobes and slippers were great additions.

The shower door leaked water into the tiles in the bathroom, but not a big issue. More puffy pillows would be great but still a comfortable sleep/bed. Still a great stay.

Location is less than 10mins walk from city centre and good to reach by car and several parking facilities are just around the hotel. Room was sufficiently spacious with a wardrobe.

Bathroom was small without window and exhaust was not working, the tiles in the room provides the feeling of a hospital. AC was unreasonably loud as was the street just outside. Cannot recommend the rooms facing the street which is quite busy on weekdays.

I really liked the location of the hotel, public transportation was a short walking distance away and there was a big parking lot. The staff was very friendly and patient and the bed in the room was extremely comfortable. The perfect hotel for a short vacation.

The bathroom smelled very bad after every shower, my guess is that the fan wasn't working properly.

Poor wifi

The location was great, central yet secluded from the hustle and bustle. There is a tram stop almost right in front of the hotel and many local bars and restaurants in the neighborhood as it is quite a residential area.

The air quality in the room was not great as a first impression. The toiletries are limited, just a wall fixed bottle of shampoo-body gel combo. The building does not really feel like a hotel, more like a residential apartment building.

Our flight was late at night. I have booked and paid for a taxi with advance. I wanted to avoid hassle at the airport but unfortunately taxi never arrived and booking.com wasn't helpful at all!!!

breakfast is terrible… I took a room service at 9:45 am next morning. I paid in reception evening before, breakfast came at 10:20… without half of ordered food. and taste? oh god, I don’t recommend breakfast in hotel.
