Good location in the Threeland between France, Belgium and Luxemburg, which made it convenient for us to visit all 3 countries in a weekend. The room was good in size, bed and bathroom, but it good have had more sunlight. Breakfast was okay, but not overwhelming. Did arrive quite late in the evening, but still got something to eat, even the kitchen was about to close 15minutes later.

room could have been brighter and the breakfast could have some more options. We especially missed some fresh buns - only fresh bread was offered instead, which was okay.

The breakfast was amazing. Loads of choice. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The lady who checked us in gave loads of helpful tips and advice for our stay.

I enjoyed the stay a lot and don’t have any complaints.

The location was functional, that is near enough to where we needed to be. It was not in an attractive area, so I would not recommend it for a holiday or rommantic getaway.

easy going

Very welcoming friendly staff, modern and plenty of parking spaces, a food restaurant was open quite late and it had a decent breakfast. For the sporting person right next to the hotel but not part of the hotel there was an indoor tennjs facility and also a ten pin bowling alley with restaurant. Lidl supermarket minutes walk away.

The room was initially cold but was fixed by the receptionist. The interior door lock didn’t work and the sliding glass door to the shower had fallen and was scraping along the floor, so it needed to be lifted to be closed. There was no security viewer in the door so it wasn’t possible to see who was knocking on it ( someone did by mistake)

The room was very good & very clean

The heating was far to hot I understand that it was cold outside but not only were the heaters on but the underfloor heating was pumping out too made the room far too hot we had to have both windows open the whole time. The seats were dinning room style not comfy to sit on for too long, unfortunately there was some building work going on which we understand has to happen but was there a need to start it each day at 0600 hours.

In some parts if the hotel is a very poor Internet signal, even phoning was very difficult
