Wunderschöne Lage, reichhaltiges Frühstück, bequeme Betten, sehr freundliches Personal. Im Wellnessbereich findet man große, schöne Saunatücher.

Möbel im Zimmer sind schon was älter. Die Duschkabine war nicht ganz dicht.

Luxury hotel really well places near to Bourschied castle. Lots of walks which may be an issue for those with mobility issues. Exactly what we were looking for. Lots to do nearby and on site if you’re active and if not it’s a perfect opportunity to chill out. Parking excellent, room spacious, comfortable and clean.

The nature surrounding the hotel was beautiful and calming, breakfast was rich and international, only one of the staff behaved kind and nice during the dinner; a lady respected and treated us as a guest

Room wasn’t clean at all, there were stains and dusts in some places, and for the dinner we got treated differently than other guests when we asked to change the table. Dinner wasn’t worth its money. Room was smelled food during the morning due to poor ventilation. There is only spa and some mold smelling Turkish bath and showering area.

The rooms are spacious, the beds are good. The Spa was pleasant and breakfast was tasty.

The hospitality of the reception could use an upgrade. We didn’t feel welcomed. The reception was not attentive. For example We asked for boiled water and got warm water from the tap.

The location is fantastic. Breakfast is good.

The hotel and it’s rooms could use an update. The rooms were not as clean as you should expect from a 4-star hotel.

We had ordered baby bed, but it was not there upon arrival and the one we received was broken, so had to wait 2 hours to have a proper cot. Water pressure very low in the shower, not possible to rinse your hair well after putting shampoo.

Beautiful location. Nice cottage. Great that they have charging points for electric/hybride cars. Breakfast was very good, with a wide range of products. The staff speaks also dutch.

For me the bed was too soft. We had the gastronomic arrangement, but this was a bit disappointed.

The location next to the river and with a view on the Bourscheid Castel is fantastic. Also, there are many great walking routes to explore the whole area. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Some parts of the walls in the dining room and bar area show some signs of being used. It is nothing big, but it could be fixed easily.

The staff did not have the capability to solve a simple,but for us an important issue. There was too much light in the room, coming from outside, that could be solved by simply switching off the light during the night. It was not possible for security reasons, according to the staff, which was clearly complete nonsense.

Liked everything - our 2nd stay - but surprised by unexpectedly spacious room (cabin) and luxurious bathroom.

River was a bit shallow for relaxed swimming. Perhaps Cocoon could dredge it before our next visit ;)

gym facility was poor and equipment are old and not working well room door not looked softly and creat hard noise lacking of staff we came in the evening and our 2 rooms were not cleaned - after complaining they fold the blankets and replace the towels I called few days before arrival for a birthday arrangement- they took a note and confirmed but didn’t do anything which was very disappointing

The cottage was really nice, excellent view of the river.

Even though we paid for check-in at 11 (as an extra cost) when we got there they just gave us a key to a dirty room that wasn’t prepared yet. The person at the reception was completely unaware, and initially wanted to make us wait for the cleaning lady to come. We were traveling with our 5-month old, and also having paid for an early check-in, we didn’t accept and asked if he has another cottage that’s already clean and prepared. After a few minutes he gave us a new cottage - this part didn’t feel very “4 stars” of them. We also encountered a very rude man at the reception who made a huge deal of the fact that we sat at another table in the restaurant that wasn’t assigned to our room/cottage. In all honesty, our bad for missing the sign on the door, but he made such a point out of it in a very impolite manner that left us with a bitter taste - also not very “4 stars” of them. The cleaning lady only came in the late afternoon. The restaurant is pricey and the food not up to standards, in our opinion. All in all, wouldn’t strongly recommend this place.

Clean and nicely decorated Hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. Most beautiful location, just in front of the river. Great place to relax, hike, swim, bike, visit Luxembourg, or just chill out. To recommend!

The river side location was peaceful and very quiet.

The location is super. All major cities in Luxemburg are within an hour's drive. We stayed in a cottage. The cottage is made up of two bedrooms and a nice bathroom with a shower and bath with air jets. There's a small desk, a minibar fridge, and a coffee machine ( lavazza cups ???) . Above the desk is a large TV. The Wifi is super. The included breakfast was OK but not special.

There is no table or chairs to eat comfortably. We didn't were able to work out how all the light switches worked or what each switch was for. The stone floor was very cold, and we could not find (if available) floor heating. The restaurant is OK, not special and portions are small.

This is a 4 stars hotel and meets that category. We went at the end of may and weather was lovely. It is perfect for a weekend away, relaxing, walking on the surroundings, etc.
