Staff were very helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble - a happy courteous bunch of people who made everything work for our stay.
The cuisine was excellent with some novel dishes so we tended to eat in the hotel rather than out
Very little - perhaps not using plastic straws in drinks but that is easy to remedy

what a place! This hotel is a piece of art. if you are looking for a unique stay and total relaxing experience, this is the place to go. The staff are quite professional and extremely nice.

it is a fantastic piece of art immersed in a beautiful sea side context. Where you are cuddled by a really supportive and present staff.
The staff is really committed to support you in all your needs but unfortunately the linguistic capability in English is really limited.

The hotel was very well situated only 25 minutes from the airport and right on the sea. When we arrived we were the only people in the hotel and it had obviously only just opened for the season. The food that was available was pretty good but the full menu was not available until the middle of June. The room was very spacious and facilities good but some of the minor details lacked a little. The staff were absolutely brilliant but needs a little more training.
Overall a fabulous spot and would definitely recommend it.

The property located 20 min from the airport. Well designed with modern art masterpieces. You can walk around the whole hotel and it seems like you are at home:) Big rooms with air conditioners and big TV set! Hot and cold water, no issues. Big pool, but sea is better:) Exceptional restaurant on the beach with delight food. Trust me you won’t find place like that in Torba.

Housekeeping was excellent. Staff was very helpful . The concept of the hotel is unique with all art pieces.
Beach service was little less than average .wifi and TV coverage should be little better.

It is the most exceptional hotel I have ever stayed at. It is rather an art gallery. Anazing view, great concept super breakfast, nice service.

Small luxury hotel nothing was to much trouble the staff were lovely and so helpful.
We feel so relaxed and pampered after our fantastic week
