The location, dinners and the staff's willingness to provide solutions for the guests, their warm behavior and smiling faces😊 were at an extreme level. Transfer services were also punctual.

The breakfast was good enough.But I eat gluten-free. There should be choice about this and cheese options:) and sunbed in the beach.

We stayed in off season period and many of the amenities were basic. In spite that you could feel that the hotel has many things to offer. It is situated in a very lovely bay and if you have a room with sea view like the one we had, you can spend hours watching the sea.

Nice room, friendly staff

It was cold in mid-May 2023 and there was no sunbathing, but the beach in front of the hotel is a decent one - some pebbles, some sand. The breakfast was standard, good. We had beautiful views from our rooms. Parking is a bit tricky, one has to be careful, in high season it will probably be hell to have to find a space for your car - both in front of the hotel and downtown.

Dimitri was really friendly and helped us . The location of the hotel is perfect, the breakfast was good as well. I would stay here again .

We had a problem with the wifi inside the rooms

It is a beach hotel, but also close to the town. We were hungry when we arrived, but we have been served anything we wanted immediately. We got 2 rooms, one was for the kids, both have wonderful view, comfortable. Eating, market everyhting nearby.

Alwayas a pleasure to stay here. The staff is really friendly and helpful, they know the island perfectly so if you need any information ask them. The location and the view is really good. Really close to vathy (the main town) but not too close. And there is the easy access to the beach and a wonderful on the sunset!

We spent a pleasant holiday at the Samos Bay Hotel. The rooms are simple, but comfortable, equipped with a large balcony, a safe and fridge, with a perfect daily cleaning service and, above all, with a splendid sea view! Efficient reception, Dimitris and Maki are kind and immediately intervened when needed (even when the wind blew our towel away from the terrace). Excellent, in our opinion, is also the cuisine, both for breakfast and dinner. There is a good variety with tasty Greek specialties (and for who loves pasta, it’s cooked well). The chef (present at dinner) and the attentive and discreet dining room staff are excellent. And then the "plus" of the restaurant is that it overlooks the sea!

Nothing. I didn’t like anything.

Room too small, there were bugs in the room; the bathroom was tiny and the tub was a joke! It was half the size of a regular tub. Breakfast was poor, very poor. There wasn’t a toilet paper holder; poor door lock that anyone can pick and no safety lock from the inside. It doesn’t deserve a 3 star rating.

The room had a beautiful view and was spacious and clean. The staff are so kind and helpful, they went above and beyond to accommodate my needs and made me feel so welcomed. The chef was eager to please and definitely delivered. Food was delicious and had good variance. And the beach is just perfect! Wish I didn’t have to leave.

The management and staff were so hospitable and kind the hotel is not 5 stars, but it was the best value hotel I have ever had. I will definitely be going again.

We chose this hotel due to good recommendation, the staff were friendly.

The swimming pool was closed, one of the reasons we chose the hotel. The balcony was dirty with large ants crawling about, probably due to rain. The shower let water onto the bathroom floor. The restaurant was closed but we were offered options, basically gyros, chicken or pork, Greek salad. I chose grilled chicken which was lovely but had to share it with my husband as he was given a giant plate of I can only describe it as regurgitated fried bits of pork straight out of the freezer and chips! Buffet breakfast was cold fried eggs and bacon. However there was a range of other cereals, yoghurt, juice and toast, cake and pies. So no shortage of food. In our room one of the reading lights did not work. The balcony light was on all night due to faulty switch so was like sleeping with the light on. I was offered a 10% discount with booking.com but hotel didn’t recognise it.

The view on the beach with transparent water is marvelous. It is walking distance from the centre and the walk along the shoreline is beautiful. Staff was friendly and polite.

the food under any cold review is always lacking in products and you have to ask, You get mostly cold food and sometimes from a few days ago The dining room is full of cats that even roam the tables Equipment details are scattered everywhere regardless, The problematic internet disconnects and in order to connect you need to do some operations It does not seem to me that the hotel manager visits the rooms as some of the furniture crumbles the bathtub coating is peeled off and repels in the sink silicone repairs opened, a hole in the ceramic space in the bathtub is clogged with a piece of paper, I do not understand where the holding man is. It is very unfortunate that a hotel in such a good location is neglected without treatment think twice

I loved this hotel! The balcony rooms with a sea view are spectacular and the sunset is mesmerizing. The breakfast is great for the price and the staff are friendly and very helpful. Location is perfect as it is on a beach and quiet, but can easily walk to town for dinner or shopping.

We had an awesome stay! The view was beautiful, the beach is super nice, clear water and not too crowded. And still, the hotel is close to the city center (10-15’ walking distance) but in a more quiet area - just perfect. Talking about perfect: the service was amazing. Dimitris was the best, was never annoyed by our special request but made everything possible we asked for and for our well-being - not be taken for granted. If you’re looking for a nice and affordable place to stay in Vathy, this is for sure recommended!
