The location was perfect and still lots to do in the summer. Bus ran frequently and was convenient. Market lovely on Thursday morning. All in all fantastic holiday experience.

Location: good, with a nice view from the balcony and the direct access to city-center + Skilifts Staff: friendly, but partially limited communication due to low english skills.

Service: imbalanced price-value ratio. Expensive room rates and additional costs for service essentials such as toilet paper, sauna towels, parking, limited+weak wifi (2 vouchers for a 8 people Apartment) Property: a huge labyrinth with complicated elevator infrastructure. You need a roadmap to navigate. Appartement: not clean (dirty dishes in cupboards, dirty floor, dusty below the bed and on the furniture, hair in “fresh” made bed, dirty shower), thin walls/noisy (you can hear everything surrounding), sometimes only cold water shower SPA area: overall very stuffy due to bad air conditioning systems, mildews on some interior elements, no sauna rules (nearly all people with swim trunks but without towel so that their sweat is everywhere on the wooden banks and on the floor), no relaxing area after sauna Other: I forgot my training-jacket in the gym - I never got it back. Somebody took it instead of bringing it to lost&found at the reception.

The location is great.

The hotel promised to provide two chalets on the same floor as we rented two.. But they did not. Also they only provided two internet access codes. One for each chalet... We were 11 persons... and the internet was not good...
