Iniziamo dalla finta disponibilità dello staff , alla richiesta di un cambio camera ,ci ha proposto un alta camera identica alla prima con le seguenti caratteristiche:
*Stanza con un odore sgradevole di muffa
*moquette sporca,macchiata e non curata
*presenza di insetti in camera
*materasso vecchio e macchiato
*bagno improponibile, box doccia lurido e sporco,asse wc rotto.
*aria condizionata inesistente,quindi obbligati a tenere aperta finestra senza zanzariere.
Abbiamo riposato qualche ora e siamo scappati nella notte..
NON È UN HOTEL A 3 STELLE.
qualità prezzo non adeguato.
Non ho mai pagato 90 euro a notte per una camera così squallida.

A plus is the parking lot in front of the facility, which is likely to have plenty of spaces, but I'm not sure if it's safe there due to the surrounding area. I didn't notice any cameras monitoring the entire hotel parking lot.
It's hard to see any advantages - low price/quality ratio, the staff, after paying attention to the condition of the room (which posed a danger to the people staying there), was not interested in the problem. Low level of cleanliness (dust on the bedding!), condition and quality of equipment deviating from 3* standards. Overall, I am disappointed with my stay, fortunately for me it was only one day. If anyone is planning a longer stay in this facility, I honestly advise against it.
Additionally, the hotel is far away from the city center of Lublana - remember if you are not staying with car.

Отель уже не такой новый, по этому там, не зачем гнаться ,комфорт не очень,душ на соплях, телевизор может упасть!

Price is good. Located next to the road to the city, pretty good choice to spend one night in if yo come with car.
Breakfast is also good, don't get disappointed with small buffet - they cook solid eggs and sandwiches.
Wifi signal in the room only in part closer to reception
Missing shower door - we made whole bathroom wet while showering. Management was aware but gave us this room anyway.

The staff was very kind and helpful. The breakfast was also good, they can make you some variety of eggs or pizza if you want.
The mini bar fridge was not working so we cannot freeze the soft drinks.

Very friendly staff and helpfully. Prepared fresh eggs for breakfast.
Heavy traffic near hotel, no restaurant, room needs refreshing, room not daily cleaned ( only on demand)

I disnt like the stuff and the spa witch i payed 20E for a person. And of 2 just one savna woked.

Very friendly personnel, hotel location close to nature (forests and mountains).
A bit noisy from the busy roads nearby, car driving under the window all the time.
Also, my room was located above the restaurant on the ground floor, and somebody was constantly smoking cigarettes, so I could smell smoke in the room all the time, even during night and very early morning.
The breakfast wasn't great either - very limited choice.

Standard room with all necessary facilities. Clean, with a good location.
we asked for one double bed, but there was big gap between the mattress so we couldn’t actually sleep in a double bed. could be better to have a small fridge in the room.
