The room was large with a sitting area, an office area, entry hall, and bedroom. Everything was very clean and well decorated. The staff was very friendly.The location was perfect, in the old part of town, and near the bicycle trail

My only complaint would have been that the key didn't work well in the lock, but on the second day they came and replaced the lock.

Perfekte Lage am Fluss, die Altstadt/Zentrum super zu Fuß erreichbar. Wunderschönes und super renoviertes Gebäude, sehr freundlicher Service und Personal. Gemütliches Frühstück auf der Terrasse.

Unfortunately, I couldn't find a price list for the minibar in the room, although that would actually be good information for guests as to how much something costs.

Late check in was no problem, even arriving a day early due to a date mix up by us. Friendly staff!

The Schloss Ort was booked for a pre-cruise departure stay. It was one of the last available hotels, but not our first choice. I am pleased that we didn't get our first choice because the Ort was fantastic! The room was like an apartment it was so spacious, a large bedroom with a separate sitting area, and wonderful views around the hotel. The bedding was great and the bathroom was well appointed. Another treat was the breakfast, a very nice, fresh selection, and very well-staffed. Do not pass up this hotel!

Just one key per room, even for a couple. Got a room in a category below the category booked and paid for in advance. Took actually more than one hour to get linnen for my partner. Nobody at reception for hours. To phone-numbers almost not reachable No English broken German, "no" as answer what's ever. Poor breakfast.

great location. especially the breakfast staff (Marguerite?) was wonderful. Lovely property.

We did not get the room arrangement we paid for, yet we’re told this was permitted under the fine print. And the “extra beds” were just the sofabeds which we already paid for (in selecting a suite) - so a redundant cost (and didn’t even include towels for everyone).

The room wasn't the same from the pictures and it wasn't clean .To be honest it was a bad choice to go there 👎👎
