Staff was very nice. The breakfast very plenty full. The food at our family get-together was great.

Something needs to be done about the internet. I was one the third floor and the WiFi only reached to the second floor. The shower needs a rubber mat. It was way to slippery for me.

The breakfast is a typical European breakfast with meats and cheese and bread, coffe, tea, and juice and they will scramble an egg or two for you if you want- hot and fresh! Delicious! The restaurant is so tasty with authentic German foods-so fresh and affordable! Service was great, the people are wonderful and accommodating!!

Here's the part that makes me sad to say because the owners are so wonderful. IF YOU WANT TO SLEEP, DON'T STAY HERE! You might as well get up and help in the kitchen because it is so loud until 10pm that there is no point in trying to sleep. At least I know the schnitzel was very fresh because you can hear each individual one being pounded all night long! My room was the cheapest room and the tiniest, being that i was a single traveler. That was fine except The radiator took all night to finally heat the room. The bathroom fan goes on when the bathroom light goes on, and doesn't turn off for 20 minutes after you turn the light off and is REALLY loud. The room is dated, which is fine since its an old traditional type German restaurant/hotel, but when they advertise room service, the phone should probably work. It did not. When the advertise robe and slippers, they should have some in the room. And one last thing- if you have any difficulty with stairs, forget it!! No elevator, 3 flights up steep, narrow, slippery marble stairs- and watch your head on that low beam while your trying to carry your check-on and carry-on up all by yourself, cause there is no one to help you. Again, the food and the people are great! BRING EARPLUGS!!
