confortable room, very nice service
toilet seat was broken, lightbulb didn’t work and didn’t get changed after we asked for it. toilet paper was missing, which was probably because there was no room cleaning throughout our whole stay.

had to change rooms since the initial room ( refurbished) had a terrible sewage smell and this on the 4th floor. Receptionist at first said not possible to change as fully booked, but when confronted again gave me a room (unrefurbished) which didn’t have any smell but was clearly worn out

Bed was very comfortable and it was very quiet!
Staff were very kind and the room was basic but clean.
The hotel is a bit far from the station (about a 20 minute walk) and the rooms are a bit dated.

Really nice receptionist! And I liked the fact that it was 24hrs.
Everything was fine a part form the room being very dusty and unclean; the floor looked like it had not been hovered.

very helpful staff. bicycle store in basement. great Italian restaurant nearby. very handy for the Avenue Verte cycle route.
First room had not been cleaned. dirty towels , bed linen, litter etc. Great staff though who changed the room but shower did not work.

The room was nice, the bed was good!
Mainly, the cleanliness of the restroom and corridors and the bad smell in the elevator!

The staff was very nice. I think I was given a better room than what I had booked. The size was good, smaller would have been uncomfortable, but this was very good.
However, the heater in the bathroom wasn't working as well as the light in the little corridor.
Just the breakfast was a little bit disappointing and didn't reach my expectation considering the price. There wasn't enough bread, the fruit salad didn't look fresh, but the rest was good.
