Hervorragende Auswahl am Frühstücksbuffet.

Die Lage des Hotels mit Blick auf die Drachenfelsruine war hervorragend. Das Hotel sowie das Zimmer war außerordentlich sauber. Man fühlte sich durchgehend wohl. Das Frühstück war vielseitig. Die Bar sah super aus und es war dort sehr bequem.

Отличная локация - как на автомобиле так и общественным транспортом . В 10 минутах прогулки по уютной немецкой улице - жд станция . С нее через каждый едет напрямую поезд 27 в аэропрорт Кельн-Бонн и почти через каждый 10 минут до кельна , Бонна и других городов .

Very good location on the river, spacious rooms with comfortable beds, new shower with temperature regulation, nice swimming pool, breakfast is excellent. Staff at the reception was kind. Garage is right under the hotel, and has a lot of space.

There was no kettle/ coffee making facilities in the room. For the price paid, I would have expected it. There were some issues with the coffee machine in the breakfast room, for four days one was not usable, the other was getting stuck every time. There is no garden area to sit outside, except from a little narrow balcony, only accessible if using the restaurant or bar.

We really loved the small touches for the kids - gummy bears in the room, and a welcome pack with a penguin washcloth and kids shower gel. The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The location was ideal, by the beautiful waterfront and right near the main streets. We would love to return one day!

The only thing was that the coffee machine in our room was not refilled - e.g., there were no coffee mugs, milk, or caffeinated pods (only decaf). I think this was a small oversight by the cleaning staff, but no big deal as we could easily get more supplies from the front desk!

The staffs were very all very friendly and helpful. Especially the ones at the reception. Breakfast was excellent, lots of options and very well prepared with lots of sitting. We had to sit om the terrace as no dogs are allowed inside the restaurant. It worked for us since weather was warm enough and we had great view of the Rhein. Location was central and we are in the old town in less than 5 mins. I would recommend this hotel if you travel with family or dog.

Not really. Only a pity that dogs are not allowed inside the restaurants, otherwise would try the dinner there.

No drinking water in Rooms - had to purchase water for 2 Euros after paying 140 Euros for the room ! totally not acceptable No cofffee or Tea facilities, only a kettle !!...even a 80Euro hotel provides coffee. Basic expectation. i dont know how much hotel saves by not providing 1 Euro sachets of a coffee !!!

The pool was great and the family room was really spacious. Location was great for trips on the Rhine and visiting Drachenfels

Unfortunatel the hotel bar was closed all three nights of our stay and the restaurant only offers a quite pricey buffet option for dinner.

Good room, comfy bed and quiet aircon. Well placed next to the river and a tram stop.

It is a big hotel so understandably the restaurant was 'industrial' and we chose to eat elsewhere . The gym wasn't available at all (we were pre-warned of this) and the bar was not open on Sunday evening. This was more annoying because there was no residents lounge area apart from the reception seating. The room safe was unusable and while a kettle was provided, there was no tea or coffee to go with it. And in an expensive hotel I do like proper soap, which they did not provide.

Comprehensive breakfast selection. Room was nice size, air conditioned and beds comfy. Great location next to the river.

Parking. I managed to get a free space outside the hotel. But there's only three of them so move your car at your peril! Otherwise 19 euros per night for garage parking.
