Das Personal in allen Bereichen des Hauses ist außergewöhnlich freundlich, herzlich und hilfsbereit. Der Zustand und die Ausstattung der Zimmer ist neuwertig, durchdacht und mit sehr schönen , authentischen Materialien.

Es gab überhaupt keinen negativen Aspekt

Über alles gesehen sehr schönes Hotel mit Top-Wellnessbereich. Aufmerksames und freundliches Personal.

Die grossflächig vorhandenen Hochfloorspannteppiche in den Zimmern sind wohl in der heutigen Zeit etwas aus der Mode gekommen, vor allem aber etwas hygienekritisch?!?

The location was perfect. The facilities and the level of comfort at this hotel was great. The room was lovely and spacious and was cleaned every day by the wonderful house keeping staff. The gym and pool area were wonderful too. The breakfast buffet and the hot choices available were varied and the breakfast staff were also very helpful and attentive.

There were no Coffee/tea making facilities in the room and also no food available at the hotel other than the set menu every evening which did not suit my requirements both regarding timings and that I was travelling alone.

The hotel was perfect - a beautiful location, a comfortable room with a balcony, and a great pool and sauna facilities. All the staff were really friendly and helpful and made us feel very welcome and looked after. The food was really amazing with a special 4 course menu each day. I had notified the hotel that I am lactose intolerant and they made special versions for me for each of the 4 nights we stayed. We also wanted a kettle for the room and reception was able to provide this for us. There are bikes that you can borrow - we borrowed two city bikes and there are also electric bikes and mountain bikes. There was also a music festival the week we stayed so there was a string quartet playing through dinner one evening, and a pianist in the bar another night.

Excellent restaurant. .Good garage which need to request in advance (8 Euro per day). Relatively close to cable car which is free of charge for hotel guests.

We got room Guggersee which appeared to be on ground floor (this was not mentioned in room description in booking.com). So called balcony was faced to street car parking and was absolutely useless. We did not want to keep balcony door open at night and it was hot (no air condition). I did not recommend room 103 to anybody...

The location is very good, close to the center but not in the center, the staf was exellent from the waiters to the receptionists and the ones who do the cleaning

there was some kind of heavy noise( machinery) on the SPA that ruin all the spacious area of it

Dinner at night was delicious and healthy, with a good choice depending on the taste. Breakfast with a variety of choice. E-bike rent at the hotel. Really quite place, and a huge and relaxing outside place.

When you are outside reading, they dont serve you drinks, and you have to walk all the way to the bar.

The staff was so friendly and helpful, the room was beautiful and clean. Food was great!
