very friendly staff, very good breakfast and superb location.

it’s not that I didn’t like anything, but perhaps the cleaning service could be 1% better :) (I don’t need to ask for shower gel for example)

Everything was perfect. Very friendly members of the staff - we were even escorted to our room and given some useful hints. The room was cosy and very clean. We enjoyed breakfasts - tasty food and attentive service. And last but not least, the location - views at the sea are exquisite and the hotel is a few steps away from the beach and the centre of Sellin.

The proprietors were very welcoming, the breakfasts nice, and the attention to detail also, and the really fabulous thing was the Strandkörbe on the balcony 👍

The sauna time is limited to 2 hours by reservation before.

Location. Is nice, but the cheap 200€ rooms are not worth it. And cancellation fees are 80% :( So better go and see the place do not book.

We paid 200€ /night for a small room, in the back. The floow is made of vynil tiles and they just vacuum, not so much wash. And they didn‘t even allow us to park in the hotel yard, even if they were free places, because we are not „top payers“. We had to park in a forest 5 minutes away, and it was fine, just that in those nights there were massive storms, and trees were falling also in that parking. Breakfast is terrible, I don‘t even know how much was that, but glad it is over. The glasses of boxed orange juice and water are 50ml. The boxes orange juice is terrible, the coffee is Gas Station Quality. Rūgen island is amazing, but not in this hotel. They have massive kitschy prints on full pillow blanket restaurant feels not very clean. We were invited aggressively to sit in a room with every table booked, when it was another room perfectly empty. At breakfast there is no regulation in place for Corona. Found that a bit odd. In the same time also they were cleaning with a cloth the table and the fabric on the table, then arraying the sileverware directly on the table fabric. Found that a bit unhygienic. No drinking water in the room, just one 200ml bottle in the first night. And asking for water was an adventure every time. It took me a while to make them understand I am willing to pay extra just to provide some bottles. And in the end, when giving a feedback, we were told: this is Germany, and this is how it is here :))

Location was fantastic. The views were amazing. Staff was friendly, willing to help, and always greeted you with a smile.

Parking at hotel was not at the hotel except for a few lucky individuals.

Everything near the see.. Beach.. Very Nice People.. Good restaurant... Super moment
