fabulous location, delicious breakfasts, friendly and efficient staff, beautiful Badehaus, excellent chef and manager at Badehaus.
being charged €7.10 for a .75 l bottle of water (our fault for not specifying tap water)

The room wasn't very good cleaned, the walls had dust webs in the corners. We had one dirty towel.

Excellent location with amazing view of the lake, very modern, spacious and comfortable room with all amenities. Would love to go back.
Didn't like the fact that restaurant was closing so early, but I suppose this is the price you pay for visiting off season!!! Not much of a choice for dinner after 9.0pm in the city.

Nice hotel with very friendly personal. The food was really delicious. Wide variation of tasty food at breakfast and fine dinning style dinner.
The hotel has a nice own beach area with green grass, free sunbeds and umbrellas.
Everything is clean and tidy.
The surrounding is beautiful and there are lot of hiking destinations around.
The 2 elevators are slow and not enough for a hotel of this size.

The Badehaus is so beautiful. Great food, great views, hikes and trails close by.

Location was great! We enjoyed our access to Wörthersee. Food was excellent. Service was superb. Staff was very accommodating. Even our dog enjoyed her stay. Definitely a place to come back to!

Nice location, very clean, big SPA area, breakfast is very good
Service in restaurant is difficult, not friendly, dinner in restaurant (half-board) was not good, only Kattus Prosecco. I expect in a 4 star hotel bigger choice of drinks (e.g. Prosecco, Wine…etc.)
