We liked the location. The whole place was very clean and tidy. The food was very tasty

Service with a capital S! Also in a sincere way not fake. The management has attracted excellent staff. The location is wonderful. The view is amazing and the facilities are very good and the food is high quality.

External event hosted without notice that resulted in the closure of kids club, and restaurant closure whereas no other food has been served for dinner to hotel guests.

The entertainment for children, fantastic magic show (entertainment for adults as well as children) and the hospitality of the staff.
We have nothing negative to report. Only remark is that enclosing some of the buffet behind the glass pane is probably not necessary (especially for the croissants and desserts) as it leads to queues.

The beautiful view of Lake Garda from our family suite was perfect. The breakfast was delicious with lots of options.
Our kids loved the miniature ponies you can feed and they're so friendly.

Excellent acommodation, we love it there. Already have been there several times, for family probably best resort on Garda lake.

The hotel and the hotel grounds look really lovely. It gives a good feeling arriving there. Check in went fast and very friendly. We liked the pool, the entertainment there plus the food and drinks there.
We were disappointed about the dinner and breakfast. Somehow the quality of the food does not match the hotel standard. It already starts with the display of it. It looks like mass food production, rather than quality. And many products also taste like it. In the price p.P at dinner not even the water is included.

Our apartment was large and spacious and spotlessly clean. We had a lovely view of the lake. It was very quiet and there was lots of space for the kids to play. The atmosphere was free and open. The food was good with lots of choices for everyone. The staff was pleasant and helpful. Lots of parking. All in all a very high standard and we were very satisfied.

Great hotel with spacious rooms and terrace, professional personnel, great food, nice SPA and absolutely everything you can imagine for the kids (and parents) to have fun. Very close to all the main attractions. Absolutely perfect place if you have small kids!

it is a family run hotel and possibly suits families with children rather than couples. Also it is a distance from the nearest town which possibly doesn't matter to children !
