В нас був номер з балконом з виглядом на море, такий ми і вибирали, з двома окремими ліжками.
Заселили нас на 2 години раніше, що було дуже радісно в цей спекотний день.
В номері є холодильник, балкон в нас був великий з тіньовою зоною👌.
Персонал готелю дуже приємні люди, на сніданках завжди доносили їжу та прибирали зі столиків посуд.
Розташування готелю хороше. Близько до порту до 10 хвилин, автобуса 601, він зупиняється в порту, до центральних ресторанчиків також, а також в пішій доступності є гарні пляжі від 20 хвилин , до деяких далі йти. Це вже як оберуть собі подорожуючі.
До великих супермаркетів приблизно хвилин 15-20 йти пішки.
Інтернет в номері був нормальним.
Трохи шумно зранку, коли викидають пляшки з таким грохотом і сувають меблі.
Але це Італія, то там це норм.

Very well located in the heart of Palau. Shower pressure was amazing. Waling distance to many restaurants and port.
The reception staff friendliness was variable.

Nothing comes to my mind.
Old rooms, old furniture (old hotel in general). Urgently needs to be renovated. The curtain in the shower is disgusting and smells so badly. Not enough parking places for the guests. Poor value for the money.

Lady in the reception was very nice. Location was good, with parking and only few minutes away from the harbour.
I was missing cucumbers and tomatos for breakfast. Meat was good, but cucumbers would make sandwiches way more tasty :)

The bedroom was huge.
The decoration. The furniture was nice, but it was randomly set in the bedroom.
The advice of where to go for dinner were frankly improvable. They told us some mild places despite there were loads of good genuine restaurants and trattorias to go. Luckily we didn't follow them

Convenience of location. Near the port. Market, restaurants, cellphone provider for european roaming located within 10 minutes walk. Parking available on the hotel ground, but if full, it is possible to park on the adjacent street. Safe neighbourhood. Excellent wifi.

Location perfect - just few steps to port and restaurants around, breakfast wonderful - huge variety and also for celiacs! Personal lovely and helpful. furniture quite up-to-date, but everything clean.

Located very close to the port, our room was located on one of the top levels from there we had a beautiful view over the port. The breakfast was extensive and good quality. It was also relatively easy to find free parking not too far from the hotel. The hotel itself is a bit dated, but everything functioned well.
A room on one of the top levels takes ~100 steps. The advantage is that you do have an excellent view

This hotel is on a perfect location close to the port. Despite the central location, the place was very calm at night so we slept great. The breakfast was huge, lot of options the whole time (constant refilling). The stuff was very kind, they waited for our late arrival (friendly communication per Whats app). The room was very clean, they cleaned it every morning while we were having breakfast. Easy parking around the hotel.

The breakfast was the best we’ve had in Sardinia
The hotel needs a refresh. Which would have been fine if I had paid less but We overpaid due to booking last minute, if I had paid less I would have reviewed it higher.

The location is a bit far from the bus station and a quite steep uphill walk from where we came from and walking with big luggage

Location was close to the port, what is quite convenient.
The breakfast was ok
The instalations (sink) didn't work properly when we arrived despite it was not an early check in.
Door was not closelly properly, we fount it open couple of times.
Beds (matteresses) were quite worn, so not very confortable.
The speed of rection very poor (slow): "we will solve the issue tommorow"!!! They reacted only when I said that we will leave and i sent them a picture with the problem.
Deffinetely not worth the money.
