We enjoyed our stay here and the view from our terrace of Capri was beautiful. The breakfast and pool area was lovely and the service was very good. We ate in the restaurant on both nights and enjoyed the food and the incredible sunsets.
We did have ants in our room so we didn't want to use the facilities to prepare any food ourselves.

We had an enchanting experience at this resort! The pool was simply delightful, providing a refreshing escape on warm days. The breathtaking sunset views left me in awe every evening. The breakfast was great, offering a perfect start to each day. Above all, the staff's warm hospitality and attentiveness made my stay truly exceptional.
While the apartment was showing some signs of wear and tear, particularly in the kitchen, it still provided all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay.

When we first arrived, I was disappointed and upset at the location of the property (and felt mislead by a travel agent). I felt it was too far away (time-wise due to the terrain) from the things we wanted to do and inconvenient to shops and dining. I COULDN’T HAVE BEEN MORE WRONG. It IS an out-of-the-crowded-way gem in a quiet town in Sorrento, but close enough to the action to enjoy that too. The apartments were immaculate, conveniently and comfortably appointed, and competitively priced. The property is lovely, with a fantastic pool and deck area. The cafe and Restaurant Tonno & Company made it unnecessary and undesirable to go anywhere else for food - the offerings were plentiful and beyond delicious and satisfying. But the true reasons to stay here are: the incomparable view of the bay, the Isle of Capri, the setting sun …. AND THE PERSONNEL (owners and housekeeping included)! What a beautiful and perfectly lovely group of people - they are the icing on the cake! First, they clearly enjoy their profession and are happy to be there. Then … they are warm, inviting, smart, talented, hard-working people. So accommodating, so enthusiastic. They introduced us to several wonderful, worthwhile activities in the area. And saw to our comfort and enjoyment when we were in-house. We felt like we were staying in a dear-friend’s guest house. (In fact, every other guest … and there were quite a few, all super people from across the globe … felt like fast-friends.). After just four days, we were sad to be leaving them. Thank you Christina, Danieli, Fabio, Andrea, Giovanna, Antonio, Tonino, Antonio and Chef, Marco and the Mrs. I’d go back in a heartbeat.

The Staff at Gocce are absolutely amazing. We got a suite room which has a good since outdoor area looking at Capri. The location does require a car as its at least 20 minutes from any major town however there are lots of lovely pizzarias, shops and walks near by.
The suite was wonderful however be aware there is no bathroom door. The show in next to the bed and the loo is around the corner. I feel a toilet door at least is needed

The setting, the view, the restaurant and its staff were all exquisite. It was also wonderful to have on site parking available. It is a magical location. The staff in both the restaurant and bar were very pleasant.
The administrative staff were very slow to respond to issues. For one, they rarely answer the telephone. Secondly, there was a major issue in the area with no water in the town. The staff did not act proactively by providing water and information immediately. One had to ask for everything. They also did not offer to compensate guests for 36 hours without water. It took three days of meetings and discussions to receive compensation. There is also no sound insulation between rooms and it was difficult to sleep with noise from neighbouring rooms.

We really enjoy our room with bathtub, the design was very modern. Very comfortable bed and amazing view outside. Good breakfast and helpful staff. The restaurant served fresh food for our dinner. We could not be more happy 🥰

The views are spectacular. The facilities, including the pool, are clean and well maintained. The staff is friendly and always helpful. The food was wonderful. The atmosphere is joyful.
The only challenge involves travel from the resort to other locations on the coast. Taxi service is expensive and there are no regular shuttles to nearby attractions.
However, the staff is very helpful when booking tours, which provide transport to and from the resort.

Great view, clean and comfortable. Having a restaurant on location made it convenient. Christina, the concierge was wonderful in arranging our transportation.
Great Bathrooms.
Furniture needs updating. Sofa was very dated and mattress has seen its days. Wifi didn't work in bedrooms and a bit spotty in living space.
Location is perfect to have onsite spa, just a thought.

The view is nice
Sadly the room didn't look like the pictures and pool is often filled with local children being quite loud. It's 220 a night, which after staying elsewhere after we stayed here I realised was overpriced for the poor standard of room. For example we stayed nearby after gocci for only 150 and that was four star instead of the gocci which only has 3 stars. The bathroom was very small and mouldy. At the time I thought it was ok and maybe just what you get for the price, but after travelling to other hotels I realised gocci is overpriced for the dated quality.

Ants inside the unit. stove didn’t work. had to argue to get parking. not worth what they are charging. also pictures do NOT match the unit.

Beautiful view, apartments were nice. In the middle of nowhere - it’s a plus and a minus. you have the quietness but if you want to so something or go to a restaurant you really need to take a car.
The price was very high during summer and for the price I would have expected a little better service from the staff. For example - we were on our honeymoon and when it came out no one even said congratulations. It felt a bit rude.

Location is superb. Beautiful views and sunset. Restaurant was good. My kids loved the pool - kept them cool in the heat.
Parking was easy. Bathroom was lovely.
Room was very basic and some parts very dated. The kitchen area and outside seating was very old and worn out. Breakfast was not enough food and I was not impressed. We just didn't feel it was worth the money we paid. Also we were given keys with no help with luggage or anyone showing us the room etc...

The setting was amazing with stunning views of Capri from our aprtment and all public areas. The staff were extremely helpful with our excursions and requests for taxis etc. throughout our stay, and even gave us a free upgrade from a one to a two bedroom apartment! The bar and restaurant staff were all incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the food was excellent.
My only suggestions to improve our stay would have been some music/entertainment in the bar in the evenings after the dinner, although we were slightly ahead of the main season so perhaps this happens in July/August. Also, I would highly recommend they consider establishing regular transfers to/from Masse Lubrensa and Sorrento, rather than having to arrange taxis. But this is really nit-picking as we had an amazing time.

a better care of the outdoor patios would improve the stay greatly. also some small renovation inside would make the place more comfortable.
