Hemos estado muy muy a gusto! Nada más llegar, el personal de recepción nos pareció súper amable y respondió a las dudas que nos surgieron en el momento. Cada vez que entrábamos y salíamos del hotel y saludábamos siempre tenían una sonrisa en la cara. El hotel está nuevo. Nuestra habitación no era grande, pero tenía el espacio más que suficiente para nosotros dos y en las fotos del hotel se puede ver que hay diferentes tamaños. La limpieza de la habitación, muy bien también. En lo que al aparcamiento se refiere, nosotros aparcamos en el arcén que hay al lado del hotel, pero en recepción nos dijeron que en las calles de detrás del hotel suele haber sitio y si no, ellos ofrecen la opción de parking. Nosotros finalmente no la utilizamos, pero la opción está. La accesibilidad para llegar al hotel en coche es una gozada. Está situado a 1 minuto de la estación de tren. El casco viejo de la ciudad queda alejado, pero es una buena oportunidad para darse un paseo hasta allí y pasear por las calles de Coruña y la vuelta hacerla en taxi ya que es asequible. Nosotros recomendamos la estancia en este hotel!

Fantastic location for my trip. I chose it well. Great value. Very helpful and obliging staff in reception and restaurant. Very courteous cleaning staff. Comfortable beds. Very clean rooms.

Hacia calor en la habitacion, imposible dormir sin aire acondicionado.Con tapones de cera en los oidos , el ruido del aire acondicionado no me dejó dormir

La distribución de la habitación, al entrar no hay espacio, el baño muy pequeño, la bomba frío-calor hacía demasiado ruido y una vez lo apagabas estaba 20 minutos enfriándose, lo que llevaba a más ruido. El aparcamiento, por el cual hay que pagar, no está en las instalaciones del edificio del hotel

Location meant a good walk into central A Coruña but excellent bus service available. No car parking but adjacent street parking reasonably available.

MY wife has stayed there on previous trips and asked me to book it again. Assigned remove over pool and pumps. Noisy. Went to front desk. Told clerk. Oh, that must be 217 (or what ever number). Moved her immediately. Now that is how to look after your guest. Hope this individual gets pat on the back!

Despite a broken radiator overheating, the staff could not have been more helpful to offer another room. It is a smashing hotel which is so much bigger & more impressive than it appears on the outside. There is even a wee gym. The restaurant is very good & the staff are delightful.

Our room was too hot because the radiator was stuck on full heat. (However we were kindly offered another cooler room)

I hade booked a dubbelroom and was a bit disappointed of the size of the bed. It was not bigger then a queen size. The room was small and the bed not very comfortable. The room smelled like cigarette smoke even tho it was a non smoking room.

Clean hotel room, great for a one day stay, conveniently located near the train station. Room had a small fridge, hair dryer, and spacious bathroom with bidet. Radiator kept the temperature very comfortable. Staff was gracious to store our two bikes and luggage in the office for us. Room was quiet even though on a main road. Windows blocked out sound and curtains were dark.

Surprised that there were no mugs or hot water kettle.

The staff was really polite and helpful, the fitness room has all the basics you could ask for (a set of dumbbells, one static bike, one treadmill, one elliptical machine), the hotel is extremely well isolated from the noise coming from the avenue on the back.

The heating made an awful amount of noise, needed to keep ANC headphones on all night and still not too quiet.
