Aircon switched off in hotel so despite it being winter, we had a hot spell and room was too warm.

Have been coming here since the hotel first opened to visit family.
It is clean, modern, well air-conditioned and the rooms are spacious. Staff are professional & friendly and not intrusive either.
Lovely spa facilities on top floor.
Only disadvantage in the room are lack of hooks for clothes/drying items.

Balcony has no furniture to sit outside.

The pool area was lovely and the room was huge and very well looked after. The bed was really comfortable and big. Really good night's stay
The air con wasn't the best. Did call reception to and they did reset it which did cool the room down eventually. Wasn't over all the best air con for the fan which we understand when it's hot don't want to waste it but could have been better fan speed even at full

We didn’t realise it was a small roof top pool very crowded loud music but adequate for what we needed jacuzzi & terrace

Location good for the resort good facilities in the hotel the gym/fitness etc, very clean hotel.
The pool is not a pool it's a foot dipper about 2 feet deep which is not the description on the website the roof top jacuzzi very small and very cold the bedrooms are nice with patio door but no balcony table and chairs the staff were pleasant but did not get extra coffee sachets when I asked for some the large double beds were too hard did not sleep well.

Getting a free upgrade to a suite! Beautiful room. Location good. Lots of bars/restaurants close by.
Indoor jacuzzi was cold, very disappointed. Breakfast very mediocre for a supposedly 4* hotel. The "hot food" lukewarm, no attention to when food or plates/cutlery needed renewing
