The staff
dinner was very crowded so we found we had been forgotten a little bit by the waiting staff. we got our wine after we'd started eating the first course.

definitely the location is amazing. 3 great restaurants right at the hotel. beautiful decor at the outdoor spaces with a nice seating areas to relax. short walk to the beach and beach night club.

Staff in general is really friendly and helpful. Especially at breakfast -which was very nice- good variety and quality food. We had 2 people at our party that couldn't eat gluten and the staff (especially the manager) made a big effort to provide us with suitable options.
I think the hotel is overrated, it does feel like a 3-4 stars hotel instead of 5 stars. Definitely not worth the money they charge. Our bedroom was outdate, though there are others that have been renovated (same price if you stay in one or the other).
The 2 restaurants that were open didn't have a lot of options (very little gluten free plates) and staff at the restaurant weren't trained in food allergies. Also, even though it wasn't high season we had to wait a long time to be served and receive our order. They said everyone got to the restaurant at the same time and gave other excuses but I guess this is normal in every restaurant? It felt like they were under staffed.
The indoor pool was small and the water quite cold.

The hairdryer took a part of my hair because it’s an old model and I didn’t notice that it didn’t had the fan secured.

Location excellent.
Restaurant staff hit & miss. Hotel claims a Michelin star but that chef has left! Tapas restaurant DREADFUL and it is really not good when you are sat on the loo in your room and you can hear people’s conversation the other side of your room door and see the light shining in from the corridor outside…!!! Poor people…. Sound & smell travels both ways …!!!! Eugh… Discovered as husband got food poisoning from “Michelin star restaurant” on first night…!!!!!

the position of the hotel is breathtaking. the hotel itself is lovely the staff were all friendly and helpful. the food at th resturants was great
the walls were paper thin and yu could hear everything. the door to the wc in the bedroom is made glass with free space above and below, therefore no privacy. the mattress was thin and bouncy and therefore not the comfortable.

The organisation of the day on the hotel boat (and the driver) were great!
The hotel gym was very outdated and too small.
The hotel restaurants were not worth the price. The Tapas restaurant was not wort being called a restaurant; even a chiringuito has a bigger offer on the menu.
The ceiling and floor were quite thin: guests walking above were clearly discernable and vice-versa.

I love everything about the property from the services to the location, it was a great deal for me and having these marvelous sea view

Service and food. Both were appalling. Service was intrusive. And food really bad. My grilled lobster was raw. Even after I gave it back so they could cook some more.
