En general nos pareció fabuloso el hotel en todo sentido empezando por la atención de todos los empleados, muy amables y atentos . Se nota la capacitación de la administración a los empleados en cuanto a atención al cliente. Las instalaciones muy bien, la playa, los restaurantes, . Nos parece que el concepto de todoincluido lo manejan muy bien incluso guardando maletas a los huéspedes . Quedamos satisfechos

Los cócteles no nos gustaron, la alimentación en el bufet podrían mejorar y los postres, la hora de comienzo de discoteca muy tarde

The resort is so beautiful, room is comfortable, you will get a great opportunity to relax and enjoy this gorgeous beach. Many pools to enjoy also.

Buffet needs to improve its variety, and adapt to all types of guests. Gluten-free, more seafood or even lactose free etc. Hotel restaurant reservation App needs improving too. Also, staff is sometimes unaware of everything around them.

The inability to accommodate me for the booking that I made I did not get what I paid for all of the people that welcome you at the check-in are very difficult to deal with there’s not a manager on site to rectify the problem aside from the food and beverage servers and the housekeepers most of the others are quite rude

Food was hardly ok, rooms were small, checking in took lots of time and they gave me a wrong room, I had to pay for late check out, rules for restaurants were not clear I had to pay money at the end, rooms close tothe main pool are noisy, very noicy!

The resort is beautiful, it’s right on the beach and has 4 different pools. They offer bungalow rooms which we thought were nice. Our housekeeping lady was absolutely lovely! Some of the check in reception staff are super nice! Breakfast and lunch buffet at La Roca is nice, some of the other restaurants for dinner are too. They offer excursions - beware you have to pay extra for them. We did the Soana island combination tour - it was lovely! When we got the right drinks, they were nice most of the time.

The customer service as a whole though is AWFUL. Basically, if you don’t speak Spanish you’re out of luck communication with the staff. We speak English, German and French between us and the while we could make do, it was pretty difficult. We got the wrong drinks A LOT - when we just ordered things from their menu that they had displayed. Other times if the bar tenders didn’t understand us they’d just walk away to get someone else or just move onto the next person. There’s constantly representatives walking around the resort pestering you to come to their timeshare/become a member talks - it’s annoying because they won’t leave you alone until you’re either rude or agree to go. There’s also staff walking around offering massages - which is absolutely fine and the majority are super friendly! - but I had a guy come touch my feet without consent while leering at me in my bikini and laughing while I tried to get away from him. NOT OKAY! The pictures of the rooms online are edited to the max. The bedrooms look similar but they’re way more dated and shabby looking in real life with chips in the floor tiles, marks on the walls and cobwebs on the ceiling. The bathroom looks NOTHING like the photos online - just a shabby looking bog standard white tiled bathroom instead. Not luxury. It’s also LOUD. They play music/entertainment until midnight and the rooms aren’t sound proofed. If you’re planning on staying here, make sure you go far away from the centre of the resort - we had to move rooms after the first night as it was impossible to sleep. Some of the rooms also have adjoining doors to the room next door - fine if you’ve come as a family or with friends - but absolutely not fine if it’s strangers because you can hear every single word they say as if they were standing next to you. They were able to accommodate us moving but only AFTER the first night and we had to wait around all day to find out what time and where to.
