The room had a front lake view, as we requested. Free breakfast. It is near restaurants, bus stops and a ferry.

It is far from the main town. It is noisy at night since it is near a bar.

Good views from the balcony, decent breakfast with plenty to choose from all served on your table, happy helpful staff. Lovely refurbished room.

it’s was really good location very clean room.

actually the place was really good and staff really helpful but we are really disappointed for one reason it is , the owner of the restaurant (a lady)we treated really bad. we ordered one pizza for dinner she didn’t even arrange table for us. she is really unkind.

Beautiful Location, where you can see the mountains, and the restaurant downstairs makes beautiful authentic food!

In the off season, (Winter) it’s really hard to get public transport around because they cut the Ferry’s down to 3 a day leaving the port. Taxis are so expensive and buses run every 40 minutes

the location was fantastic, right across the road from the public bus from Como and across from the water taxi port. the township of Argegno is small and quiet with a few bars and restaurants next door to the hotel. The hotel is very clean and the staff were very friendly and welcoming.

Clean room. Good bed.

There are no lifts/ elevators ... so be prepared to haul your luggage up 1 or 2 flights of narrow stairs!! Staff are very indifferent and almost 'cold'. Breakfast is almost a sad affair ... limited range of options and the whole fruit served had seen 'better days'. The worst part was: the horrible stench from the drains as we we entered the rooms!!! We had to open the doors and windows to ventilate the room!! Kept the aircon on to keep it bearable!! There was no other room available and we were there for only one night ... fortunately!!

Very clean room, good breakfast, central location, Great lake view from the room, can be used as a base to explore towns around Como lake, ferry station just in front of the hotel.

in high season parking can be challenging
