Location was great. The restaurant wasn’t open.

Thought the whole place needed a makeover.

Catered for bikes to be safely locked and charged in their own room! Allowed us to leave vehicle on property day before we stayed there (we were biking the Alps To Ocean) Very accommodating staff.

booked for 3 male adults who were riding motorcycles , only 2 towels in the bathroom. no one in the office to sort this out ,also didn't get a wi fi password . The fridge was noisy also.

The heater in the room was noisy.

Good solid 1990s style. Big room, balcony, sunny and soundproofed.

Lovely roomy and warm room. Host was delightful and accommodated our late check-in. Very affordable and would recommend.

I was very disappointed to have not been informed that the restaurant was closed so there was no food option there and no facility to even cook a piece of toast in the room

staff were fabulous. one of our group was injured and couldn’t continue cycling. the staff went above and beyond to look after her while waiting to be picked up. Greatly appreciated

Restaurant at hotel seems to be permanently closed for breakfast. We had a room on the main street side which was quite noisy with traffic.

The room was large and clean with 2 comfortable beds but the furniture was pretty outdated. Not a bad place to crash for one night but nothing exceptional about it. We didn't have dinner at the onsite restaurant so cannot comment on that.

Clean and tidy. Was quieter than we had anticipated given it alongside the state highway.

Lovely staff who were very helpful and provided towels for the hot pools. Room was large and comfortable. Would stay here again.

Exceptional bathroom with heated towel rail & heated floor. WOW. No instructions re the operation of the air con the only exception. Very friendly owners cat made the experience better.

The position on the edge of a developing industrial park was surprising.

Very helpful staff after hours. Unit quiet even though next to petrol station. Clean and tidy. Bed comfortable.

Decor a bit dated but just a minor
