Breakfast was good and the location is also very nice. Close to the city center.

Door lock closed before it was in its place thus causing that the door stayed open. First time when I used it I did not noticed it so my room stayed open while I was away. Although it did not looked unclean Bathroom had funny smell.

The beds were comfortable - a little small side. The staff friendly and the secure underground free parking was very useful (tho dirty)

We didn’t like anything about the property - it felt old and sad and the location was ugly and unwelcoming right on the main road next to a bit of old waste ground. The hotel felt very unloved and the rooms were tiny and felt grubby mostly because everything seemed old. the curtains didn’t even reach the floor (they stopped just under the window) so light came in. we couldn’t wait to check out - probably the earliest we’ve ever left a hotel if we didn’t have a flight to catch. It was only a 20 min walk to town but not a pretty walk along the main road. the beds were comfortable and the staff were friendly. the secure underground parking was good tho dirty.

The breakfast was good. The staff friendly. The room was clean.

The lift was broken - we stayed on the 4th floor. We were first given a room which had been used by smookers. We got it changed. The restaurant was not open when we arived at 20.00 sunday evening.

The rooms were perfect, very clean, a bit small maybe but it had all you needed (kettle with coffee/tea, hairdrier) and the beds were very comfortable with good linen. The staff was very friendly and helpful There is a closed free parking under the hotel which is perfect

It is quite far from the center (30 minutes walk).

Friendly staff.

Location a bit isolated and there is not much around but close to the train station. The garage door didn't work for us but at least it exists as an option.

Centre by car easy accessable.

Walking distance to centre about 20 min's. Location of the hotel is not a really exiting. No restaurants or café's except at the hotel itself.

It is comfortable, clean and behind the train station.

The hotel was of a good standard with free secure parking.

The city of St Ėtienne was disappointing, would not recommend it.
