The hotel is modern, high standard and beautiful

Nothing to be fair

The cleaning staff and the guard Fatih out there were really good and careful.

It felt like it was a russian hotel. The food was not good. Service.

Very good hotel. We enjoyed the hotel. 2 pools were open out of 3. Also we did not need more than that because there is also sea. Pool with fun slides. And a pool in front of the bar is a lot of fun. A fun experience. The hotel has a private beach. Recommended for those staying in Alanya and want a 5 star hotel!

Even though we were in the summer. We would have been happy to get a thicker and softer blanket

The staff were very polite and even though there was a language barrier, they were very helpful. My room though on the smallish size was kept clean and new bedding and towels everyday, balcony could of done with being bigger but you can't have everything. The hotel itself, pool and restaurant were also kept clean and there was hand sanitation everywhere. Because of this virus the hotel took everything away that couldn't be sanitised regularly which I thought was very good even that made lying on the sunbeds a little hard 🙂

I know everyone Is on a budget but there was no choice of food and it was practically the same everyday. Even though there were signs everywhere for people to wear masks 99% of people staying there never wore them and last people pestering to get a tattoo or photo taken everyday was very annoying in the end. As for the tattoo person because I said I might go and didn't I was hounded everyday, in the end because I wanted one I went somewhere else and the tattoo guy from the hotel went mad at me because I had it done elsewhere. Also because our room was so close to the opposite another hotel when they had entertainment on it was that loud it was horrendous. It's a good thing I didn't take my grandchildren. On the whole I had no problem with the hotel without covid it would probably be a 5* but no at this moment in time. Also as there was only 2 to a lift unless in social bubble other people tried getting in without masks and became annoyed if we wouldn't let them in or they just barged in. Because the other people were mainly Russian and we were the only British they thought they could do as they pleased putting not only my life in jeopardy but also my family.

Friendliness of the staff,

eating times were very confusing and lacked any organisation, but this could be due to the restrictions caused by covid 19, did not distract from having a great holiday
