Perfectly located in town, close to the train station and plenty of restaurants and only a short walk from the old town. The room had everything we needed and was clean and secure. The children appreciated having their own single beds instead of having to share. Great view from the room too.

Location is good. Just 5 min from the train station. The room is small but for a given price (incl breakfast) i think it is decent. The hotel could be good if you plan one/two days stays. The staff at reception was friendly. The breakfast was good (again for a given price).

Toilet is too small. The shower panel is surely uncomfortable even for the person with avg. body size. The sound proofing is bad. I could hear the noise from outside and neighboring room. Hence, for a short stay it is fine.

My room was in a block of 4 budget-priced rooms on the first floor; they represent fair value. They are simply furnished and clean, if somewhat cramped. I've stayed in 2 of these rooms and seen another, and they do vary - one room had no fridge (the receptionist kindly moved me to one that had this facility), another was larger and had a double bed. The breakfast, which came as an extra, is, I would say, fair value, with its range of pastries, breads, fruit, cereals, cheese and cold meats.

The budget rooms can be noisy if guests in adjoining rooms forget that use of phones and watching films can disturb others. At breakfast the egg-boiling facility is slow and unpredictable. I was sorry that English Breakfast Tea, available on a previous visit, was not provided.

Lovely and helpful staff, nice bedroom, great location, very close to the train station (10 min walk - or maybe less) to catch the Bernina Express

Noise, barely slept, kept waking up. Stayed for one night and my bedroom was near a hallway that has a lot of marble. Unsurprisingly when people passed by they made a lot of noise (having a carpet would reduce the noise). But also through the room’s door you could hear a lot of noise. That being said, I’d still stay at this hotel

the hotel inside was beautiful, very elegant and clean. The rooms are large enough and the beds are comfortable. The hotel staff is great, very kind and helpful. Private parking, 4 minutes walk away. The coffee at the hotel is delicious. There is a nice restaurant in the hotel
