Everything was great - starting from the welcoming by the owners Costas and Vasiliki who constantly made sure we feel good during our stay, through the everyday cleaning and change of towels, the location (it’s 5 mins away from the beach, some taverns, bakery, all you’d need during your stay), all the way to the sea view you get from almost every room’s balcony.

We liked everything.

The ground floor studio we got was surprisingly big in size, with a renewed bathroom. Everything was neat and clean. The exceptional quality of the mattress ensured a good night's sleep. 5 minutes walk to the nearest beach, easy access on foot. Kostas and Vasiliki - very pleasant hosts, always there to help!

The remote for the A/C stuck to the wall near the door was a bit strange and hard to use during the night, you have to get up from the bed and walk to the door to operate it, which might ruin your sleep. Not the smartest idea...

The hotel is located near the beach and main road. In addition, there is a lot of parking place, which is a great advantage when you go by car to different beaches every day. The apartment was vast and very well equipped, with a sea view balcony. We did not miss a thing. The service and cleanness were just perfect. The room was cleaned every day and the towels and sheets were changed as well. I've never been to such a clean hotel before. I would like to thank our hosts Vasiliki and Kostas who made us feel at home. So kind and nice people! It is a place worth going back to!

very clean and friendly place to stay. My parents stayed there and Kostas was so helpful and friendly. I feel secure thanks to Kostas. We have a new friend in Kavala.

everything was fine

Hosts were suuuuper hospitable. And the apartment was super clean. It was cleaned every day, there were new towels everyday and every 2-3 days new sheets. It was almost the cleanest place I ve ever been. It was really nice there.

Things I didn’t like are more about neighborhood, but not the hotel. Hotel is not far away from beach, but there are cliffs and stairs, so its not easy for strollers, there are no rampants. Also there is very busy road across the whole village. Sometimes was hard to cross it , cars won’t stop even on crosswalk.

We booked a studio in Amalia hotel for 8 nights. Unfortunately, due to a family emergency we had to leave earlier and stayed only 3 nights. Despite the shorter stay, we were very happy with the hotel and the friendly personnel. The studio had everything one needs for a comfortable stay. It was cleaned every day and the towels changed. The hotel is situated in a calm place, not far from the beach. I would like to extend a big thank you to Vasiliki, who was an incredibly professional host and an understanding and kind human, the latter of which is priceless. I would give 20/10 to the hotel if I could, and I certainly warmly recommend it.
